User Manual

Equipment Installation

  1. Please contact with us if the package destroyed when you received the items first, also please read the user manual first after you open the package box.
  2. Installation must be flat on the table and keep it dry and ventilated. Do not place in uneven, soft places. 3:The ultrasonic cleaner must apply to 220V/50hz or 110V/60hz with three-pin power supply cord but it must have grounding devices.

How to use

  1. Please inject the water or water solution into the cleaning tank by the proportion , the minimum water level must not be less than 70mm , and the maximum should not exceed the tank volume of 3/4.(The drain valve should be closed when water is injected into the tank to avoid overflow)

  2. We should put the items into the cleaning rack, and then put the cleaning rack into the cleaning tank, absolutely can not put the items directly into the bottom of the cleaning tank, so as not to affect the cleaning effect and damage the equipment

  3. Connect the ultrasonic cleaner to the three-pin power socket (grounding must be used for power supply)

  4. Turn on the power, the power switch lies in the bottom right of the machine back, press ON, the machine is powered on; the digital controller shows the numbers and the buzzer has a sound, and shows the power is ok .

  5. Working Time Setting: On the right side of the digital control, shows “Time setting” by default. The TIME+ key is pressed once. The display increases by one minute. Each press of the time TIME- key once reduces one minute. Long press can continue to add/subtract. After the value and the working time is set, tap “ON/OFF” once, the working indicator light turns on, and the ultrasonic wave starts to work. The time countdown starts until the “00 00” ultrasonic LED indicator is off and it automatically stops working. The working time of the machine ranges from 1 to 30 minutes. If you need to terminate the cleaning in advance, you need to press the “ON/OFF” button once and the recommended working time is 15-20 minutes.

  6. Temperature setting: On the left of the digital controller shows the default and actual temperature. Press the temperature TEMP+ button once, the temperature is increased by 1°C, and each time the temperature TEMP- button is pressed, decrease by 1°C. Press “ON/OFF” lightly, the digital heater light is on, and the temperature LED lights up in the heating situation! Until the temperature reaches the set value, the heating is stopped and the heating LED is automatically turned off. The temperature range is 0 to 60°C. Press and hold the button for a long time to increase/decrease the value of the temperature. The temperature setting is based on the product setting and the recommended setting is between 30°C and 50°C. Temperature display value, as long as the power is turned on to display the actual temperature
    (whether the ultrasonic wave is turned on or the digital heater is turned on will display the actual temperature)

  7. After cleaning, press the power “on / off”, the machine stops working, then disconnect the power of the whole machine, take the rack from the cleaning tank, drain the cleaning liquid, clean the tank body and the periphery with a clean rag. Hot air drying and storage.

Pay Attention to Safety Issues

  1. Please read this manual carefully before operating to understand the operating procedures, in order to avoid causing machine or endangering personal and property safety. Please keep the specification for reference at any time. When using digital ultrasonic cleaners, the power supply must have a grounding device. It is forbidden to modify this product. Please carefully determine the input voltage rating before powering on, otherwise the company will not be responsible for any accidents.
  2. To ensure that the power cord has grounding reliability to prevent leakage, items are placed in the rack during the cleaning process and placed in the cleaning tank at the same time. Do not place the item directly into the bottom of the tank. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for damage to the instrument.
  3. The use of suitable cleaning chemicals must be compatible with stainless steel ultrasonic cleaning baths. Do not use strong acids, alkalis and other chemical reagents. Avoid intrusion of aqueous solutions or other corrosive solutions into the interior of the cleaner. Otherwise, the instrument may be damaged. When cleaning, it is recommended that the lid cover be used to reduce noise, and that the cleaning fluid and steam can burn the skin. Our company will not be responsible for this.
  4. If there is no water solution in the cleaning tank, it should not start work, and it is forbidden to start ultrasonic work. So as not to burn the washing machine.
  5. Please do not use in hard environments, such as places with large temperature changes, unstable vibration environments, dust, chemicals, flammable, explosive, and corrosive places.
  6. During the cleaning process, the aqueous solution inadvertently eats or enters the eyes. Rinse immediately with plenty of water or see the doctor immediately. In case of emergency disconnect the power supply.
  7. The heating of this instrument adopts the imported chip, the water level must not be less than 8cm when the digital heater is turned on, otherwise the heating chip is easily damaged due to dry burning. When the new machine is turned on, some odors are normal. Set the temperature in the work, when the heating is reached, because of the mechanical properties of the ultrasonic oscillating itself, it will cause the actual temperature to rise by about 10 degrees. This is a normal reaction.
  8. Please keep the ultrasonic cleaner away from children! This equipment shall not be operated by persons with or without working experience, unless it is under the supervision of a guardian or operator.
  9. Make sure that the cleaning items are clean and that the machine does not work continuously as much as possible (no more than 30 minutes) because prolonged work causes the temperature inside the machine to rise. It is forbidden to throw clean objects into the washing tank, place them gently, and use the cleaning rack as much as possible.

working principle:
Ultrasonic cleaners use high-frequency oscillating signals emitted by an ultrasonic generator and are transmitted to a medium cleaning solution by converting the transducers into high-frequency mechanical oscillations. Ultrasonic waves radiate densely and alternately in the cleaning solution, causing fluid to flow. There are tens of thousands of tiny bubbles that are formed in the negative pressure region where the ultrasonic wave propagates longitudinally. In this process called “cavitation,” the bubbles can be closed to form an instantaneous high pressure of more than 1000 atmospheres. The continuous high voltage is like a series of small “blasts” that continuously impact the surface of the object. The tiny water molecules explode the dirt on the surface and gaps of the object and quickly peel off, thus achieving the purpose of purifying the surface of the object
