Installation:

Notice

• Please tug on it slightly and walk it back in.
• Please hold on to the hose when it coils back, because it moves with a lot of speed, preventing it from cracking the hose reel and hurting you.
• It is a good idea to shut your water off and drain any water out of the hose before you retract it, getting all the water out and then retracting it will extend the life of the unit.
• Don’t tighten any one bolt down until you’ve got all four in place, and don’t forget to put the washers on.

Installation

1. Choose a suitable position on your wall. Mark and drill four holes to correspond with the positions of the holes in the wall bracket. (Note: Although the bracket can be mounted on other secure structures, the included fixings are only suitable for masonry anchoring.) Ensure the hole size is suitable for the plastic masonry anchors included. Insert the plastic anchors into the wall.
   Note: Fix the wall bracket upwards.

2. Fix the bracket to the wall using the bolts provided.

3. Align the hose reel with the vertical holes in the bracket and insert the pivot bar through the bracket and reel.

4. Attach the short connecting hose from the hose reel body to the cap. Once you turn on your tap, the water will flow through this hose, through the hose reel, and to the nozzle sprayer. You can regulate the water flow by twisting the end of the nozzle sprayer.

Operation

This hose reel system has been equipped with a click-lock mechanism. To operate, pull the hose out to the desired length. When you stop pulling, the hose will automatically stop. To engage the automatic hose retract, give it a short, sharp pull, and you will feel the hose automatically retract. You can interrupt this process by pulling the hose again. In order to retract the hose safely, please ensure you keep hold of the hose end while walking towards the hose reel. Letting go of the hose may result in injury.

1. Is the sprayer nozzle hose attached? I want to attach it to another item.
   Yes, the sprayer nozzle can be removed from the hose, and if you own a pressure washer, you can connect to it.

2. I don’t want to mount it on the brick, where else do you suggest to install?
   Mounting the hose reel on a pole will be a great idea. But it may need some more materials to mount, which are not included in the package; please prepare them yourself.

3. Can the stopper be removed?
   Yes, it can be removed, and you can also position it anywhere on the hose.
