Center via phone or email. When sending your clock for replacement, ensure the
Warranty Certificate is completed and included. You are responsible for all
postage, insurance, and shipping costs to the centre.

SEIKO CLOCK LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage
We warrant that if your SEIKO clock (but not the battery, glass or plastic
cover, or clock accessories) proves upon presentation by you to be defective
in material or workmanship within one year after the date of original retail
purchase, and if the clock was purchased from an authorized SEIKO clock store
in the U.S.A. or a U.S. territory, we will, at our option, replace it with the
same or similar clock of equal value without charge to you, except that you
are responsible for delivering, mailing or shipping the clock with an
unaltered Warranty Certificate to the Seiko Clock Customer Center.
Matters Not Covered by This Warranty
The following clock parts and other matters are not covered by this warranty:
battery, glass or plastic cover, or any clock accessories, damages not
resulting from a defect in material or workmanship, damage caused by tampering
with or opening the clock or by other than normal use, or defects or damage
resulting from repairs performed other than by clockmaker referred by the
Seiko Clock Customer Center.
Alterations of Warranty Certificate Not Honored
Warranty Certificates that have been falsified or altered will not be
honoured.
Warranty Limitations and Disclaimers
Any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, which may exist, are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitation may not apply to you.
We hereby disclaim any liability for consequential and incidental damages that may arise from the clock or the use thereof. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
State Law Applicability
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.

To obtain a replacement clock under this warranty, please contact the Seiko
Clock Customer Center by phone or email as follows:

We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
When sending your clock to the Seiko Clock Customer Center, you must include the properly completed Warranty Certificate. All postage, insurance, and shipping costs incurred in sending the clock to the centre are your responsibility.
