FAQ

  • What’s causing the VESA plate misalignment?
  • The VESA plate can be rotated to switch the monitor between portrait and landscape modes. Adjusting it is straightforward after the monitor is attached. Just grasp both sides of the monitor and rotate it to your desired position.
  • Why is it difficult to change the arm’s height?
  • The monitor arm is intended for screens. To make it easier to adjust, install the screen first to add weight, and then attempt to lower the arm.
  • Can I tilt the monitor without tools?
  • The tilt mechanism operates through friction. To adjust the tilt without tools, you must match the friction to the monitor’s weight.
  • To achieve this, repeatedly tighten the two screws on the side of the VESA head until the friction is appropriate. Once properly tightened hold the monitor’s top and bottom in the middle to adjust the tilt angle.

The tilt mechanism is compatible with most monitors, except for 32:9 monitors and those larger than 43 inches, such as the Samsung Neo G9 49-inch monitors.
