TROUBLESHOOTING
If you’ve followed the instruction carefully and your faucet still does not work properly,take these corrective steps.

Remove handle and cartridge to check if the washer is damaged permanently or

INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

Please close the valve and clean all dirt from the valve outlet!
Please clean sinks and basin before installation! -
Please remove the 0-ring, rubber washer, metal washer and mounting nut that are pre-installed on the bottom of the faucet.

A. Screw the supply lines into the corresponding hole of the faucet body.
Note that the hot water supply line (red) is installed on the left side of the threaded pipe.
B. If necessary, you can install it with a deck plate. And place deck plate over the three holes of sink.
C. Then pass the hoses through the mounting hole of the sink.

Install the o-ring, rubber washer and metal washer back onto the threaded pipe. Adjust the faucet body correctly, then tighten the mounting nut.

Connect the hot/cold supply line to hot/cold valve outlet.
Open the hot and cold water inlet angle valves and check for leaks. -
Turn on the water supply valves, and check all connections for a leak. Turn on your faucet and allow both hot and cold water to run at least one minute each.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
- Do not use any acidic or alkaline cleaners.
- Never use cleaning materials or appliances with an abrasive effect.
- Do not use cloth with a coarse surface.
- Regular cleaning.
Before Installation
- Check the package and confirm all parts are included. If any part is missing or damaged, please contact us.
- Do not disassemble the main body, as it has been installed & commissioned correctly & precisely before.
- Shut off the main water supply prior to beginning installation.
- Remove mounting nuts and washers before installation.
- Do flush the water supply lines to remove any dirt and debris before installation.(IMPORTANT)
- Make sure to connect the hoUcold inlet pipe correctly. If standing in front, connect hot water pipe to the left and cold water pipe to the right.
- After the installation, check for leaks and make sure every joint is safely sealed.
NOTIFICATION
Long-term use of the water outlet will form scale, wipe it with a soft
towel. Prohibit the use of hard objects cleaning products.
