WARNING!
XG Cargo Rail Station tailgate organizer is not intended for non-automotive
applications. Do not store more than 2lbs lbs per bag. Damage may occur if
bags are overloaded. Do not store sharp objects, hazardous materials or
liquids in bags. Do not use excessive force on track or clips. These are
plastic and could be damaged with excessive force.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- STEP 01 : Remove all components from the box and be sure all components including fasteners are intact.
- STEP 02: Remove the tailgate trim piece. Using the trim removal tool, start at the bottom and work around trim. The three (3) exposed holes will accept the mounting bolts Do not start at top as clips may break.
- STEP 03 :Install each bolt & washer through the three holes under the Rail Station track with a spacer on the back side
- STEP 04 : Using the supplied wrench, install each bolt and tighten it securely. Be sure the panel is aligned to the tailgate trim. Do not overtighten bolts. Hand tight is adequate
- STEP 05 : Install each bag. To attach bags, slide your finger under the track and separate from the panel slightly. Attach clip onto track without letting Velcro engage. Once securely attached to the track, push the lower part of the bag onto Velcro. Reverse to remove. This may take a few times to master.
