Important Safety Instructions

Failure to comply with the following conditions may result in product malfunctions or unexpected damages.

• The drying function must only be used under the supervision of the pet owner.
• If your pet has any physical or psychological health concerns, consult a professional veterinarian before using the device.
• Do not move the device while your pet is inside.
• Keep items such as towels, pillows, or cushions away from the device to prevent air vents from getting blocked, which can affect temperature and airflow.
• Prevent pets from chewing on cords to avoid electrical hazards.
• Place the device on a level, solid surface, and avoid tilting or soft objects.
• This device is suitable for cats (over 6 months) and small dogs.
• Keep the device away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not immerse the product in water.
• Contact the manufacturer immediately if you notice abnormal heating or unusual sounds from the device. When the device is not in use, turn it off and unplug it.
• Do not stack items on top of the device and keep both the interior and exterior clean and dry.
• Provide the device with the required rated safety voltage during use. Do not use the ozone disinfection function when pets are inside the device. Do not use the ozone disinfection function when unattended to prevent pets from accidentally entering the device. Wait for 30 minutes after disinfection is complete before allowing pets to re-enter.
• Use the original power cord to prevent device damage or safety hazards.
• Leave a 10cm space when placing the device against a wall.
• Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the device on your own, as it may void all warranty and service rights.

Operation Instructions

First-time Usage
Turn on the power switch. The default mode is Comfort Drying. There are two drying modes, Comfort Drying mode lasting 90 minutes, and Quick Drying mode lasting 60 minutes. Comfort Drying mode is a stress-prevention mode, and it is recommended for initial use.

Mode Switch
After unlocking, press the pause button to stop, and press the Mode select button to switch drying modes.

Ozone Disinfection
After unlocking, press the on/off button and the Mode select button at the same time to start.

Do not use the ozone disinfection function when pets are inside the device. Do not use the ozone disinfection function when unattended to prevent pets from accidentally entering the device. Wait for 30 minutes after disinfection is complete before allowing pets to re-enter.

Customization
For the Bluetooth version, personalize temperature, time, and speed settings through the app.

After unlocking, long press the Mode select button for 5 seconds to switch between Celsius/Fahrenheit.

Installation and Usage

To ensure the safety of your pet and proper usage, the device is factory-set in an inactive state. Please download and install the CATLINK APP, and follow the product instructions.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Period: One Year. *The warranty period comes into effect on Catlink’s date of invoice. Shanghai Catlink Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. warrants the device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of original purchase.

Non-Warranty:

1. Issues caused by inappropriate usage conditions and environment.
2. Malfunctions are caused by incorrect installation, improper use, or malicious tampering.
3. Failures caused by the use of third-party accessories.
4. Out of warranty period. 5 – Damage caused by force majeure. 6 – No valid proof of purchase.
