Product Usage Instructions

  1. Step 1: Bike Preparation
    Ensure that the bike is stable and turned off.

  2. Step 2: Locating Peg Attachment Holes
    Locate the peg attachment holes on each side of the bike frame near the rear wheel.

  3. Step 3: Attaching the Static Pegs
    Take one socket head screw and slide a flat washer onto it.
    Insert the screw into one of the peg holes from the inside of the frame.

  4. Step 4: Aligning and Tightening
    Ensure that all components are aligned properly.
    Use a 0 mm hex wrench to tighten the peg into place securely.

  5. Step 5: Repeat for the Other Footpeg
    Repeat steps 4 to 7 for the other footpeg.

STATIC PEGS INSTALLATION

Caution

  • The peg attachment is located near the rear brake rotor. DO NOT install immediately after riding as the brake rotor will be hot and could potentially burn you.
  • When using footpegs, refer to your bike’s user handbook and do not exceed the maximum recommended weight limit for your bike of 325 lbs.
  • Avoid touching the brake rotor during installation as the oils on your hand will contaminate the rotor and cause it to squeak when in use.

Included Materials

  • Static Peg (x2)
  • Anti-Rotation Bracket (x2)
  • Socket Head Screw- M˜2 x ˜.25mm Thread, 20mm Long (x2)
  • 18-8 Stainless Steel Washers for M˜2 Screw Size, ˜3mm ID, 20mm OD (x2)

Tools Required
10mm Hex Wrench

Installation Instructions

  1. Start with the bike stable and turn it off. Locate the peg attachment holes on each side of the frame near the rear wheel.
  2. Slide one flat washer onto one of the socket head screws then insert the screw into the peg hole from the inside of the frame.
  3. Hold the washer and bolt in the hole, feed the following components onto the screw in this order
  4. 1 anti-rotation bracket with the tab positioned under the attachment hole.
  5. Flat washer
  6. The footpage can be installed and hand-tightened until the hex wrench is needed.
  7. Now that all of the components are aligned, use the ˜0 mm hex wrench to tighten the peg into place.
