INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR TRUE WIRELESS HEADSET
Please read the instruction manual carefully when using this product

TIPS

1. Please fully charge before first use
2. During daily use, please regularly clean the charging port and the charging pins of the charging case with an alcohol swab to prevent sweat and dirt affecting charging.
3. After connecting the earphones to some Android/HarmonyOS phones, you need to open the option to synchronize the volume of the Wireless device with the phone in the Wireless settings.
4. Please do not use the product outdoors during thunderstorms.

START

NAME: IGENE-G2
ACTIVATE EARPHONES
Use a 5V 1A charging head to charge the case and activate the earphones
PAIR EARPHONES
Remove both earphones from the charging case and they will automatically pair
CONNECT EARPHONES
Turn on your phone’s Wireless, search for the name “iGene-G2” and click to connect
Note: Some phones will prompt you to confirm pairing with the earphones. Click “Pair” to complete the connection

FUNCTION

POWER ON
Remove the earphone from the charging bay or press and hold it for about 4 seconds to turn it on
POWER OFF
Long press the touch point on the left or right earphone for about 8 seconds while the device is on Put the earphones into the charging case and close the lid to charge and automatically power off
PHONE
Cancel dialing by double-clicking the touch key on either earphone during dialing Answer incoming calls by double-clicking either earphone touch key Reject incoming calls by long-pressing either earphone touch key for 2 seconds Hang up by double-clicking either earphone touch key during a call
VOICE ASSISTANT
Wake up voice assistant by triple-clicking the left earphone touch key Turn off voice assistant by single-clicking the left earphone touch key
Note: Siri of Apple will be waken up and the voice assistant that comes with your Android phone will be turned on – Earphone touch key
MUSIC PLAY
Play music: Play/pause by single-clicking either earphone touch key while playing music Skip to the previous track by double-clicking the left earphone touch key while music is playing Skip to the next track by double-clicking the right earphone touch key while music is playing
SWITCH BETWEEN GAME AND MUSIC
Music mode is the default mode when the device is turned on Switch to game (low latency) by triple-clicking the right earphone MFB touch key while in music mode Return to music mode by triple-clicking the right earphone touch key while in game mode
CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
Charging: Charge the earphones by put them back in the charging case and closing the lid The battery case can be charged with a 5V 1A charging head

HEALTH AND SAFETY

1. Stop using the product if it shows obvious damage;
2. Do not listen to music at high volume for a long time;
3. Do not use it while driving or engaging in other activities that require concentration;
4. Do not use the product outdoors during thunderstorms;
5. Keep the product away from children under 12 and pets to prevent accidental ingestion. Product protection

PRODUCT PROTECTION

1. Store the product at room temperature, keep it dry, and avoid prolonged exposure to high or low temperatures or humid environments;
2. Use the original or certified charging cable;
3. Do not submerge the product in water;
4. The product has a built-in lithium battery, and its composition may change due to surrounding temperatures. Do not use it in environments with extremely high or low temperatures, as this may cause permanent damage to the battery.

FAQS

WHY CAN’T THE LEFT AND RIGHT EARPHONES CONNECT SUCCESSFULLY?

Re: The earphones need to be close to each other when pairing and connecting.Please keep the earphones close together during pairing and connection. Once paired successfully, they can be used normally.

CAN I USE A FAST CHARGER TO CHARGE THE CHARGING CASE?

Re: Please use a 5V 1A charging head to charge the case. High-power charging devices may cause damage to the product.

WARRANTY

IGENE ACOUSTICS TECHNOLOGY’S AFTER-SALES SERVICE COMMITMENT: WE STRICTLY FOLLOW THE “CONSUMER RIGHTS PROTECTION LAW OF P.R.C.” AND THE “LAW OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ON PRODUCT QUALITY” TO PROVIDE AFTER-SALES SERVICE, WHICH IS AS FOLLOWS:

1. Within 7 days of purchase, if the product experiences performance failure, consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair the product.

2. Within 15 days of purchase, if the product experiences performance failure, consumers can choose to exchange or repair the product.

3. Within 1 year of purchase, if the product experiences performance failure and our technical staff confirms that the failure occurred under normal use, we will provide free warranty service.

4. In the following situations, we will provide repair services but may charge for parts and labor based on the actual situation.
   ① Damage caused by incorrect operation, negligence or force majeure.
   ② The product has been repaired by a third-party organization before being repaired by our company.
   ③ The warranty period has expired or the product has been damaged by human factors.
   Please keep the warranty card safe. We will not be able to provide repair services in the following situations.
   ① The information on the warranty card and related sales voucher does not match the product.
   ② The content of the warranty card has been altered or is unclear or unrecognizable.

5. The free service provided by this warranty card does not include accessories or other decorative items.

6. Warranty service does not include transportation or on-site service fees. iGene reserves the right of final interpretation
