Let’s start
- Place the back stretcher under your back (close to the hip), slowly lay your back down on the support arch with your knees bent and your arms propped up behind your back.
- We suggest starting with the lowest level first, lying down slowly on top of the unit, and keeping your feet resting on the ground. Relax, take deep breathes, and stretch your back.
- Suggestion: for extra comfort, put a pillow under your head.
