Product Usage Instructions

Power & Volume Control

Power: Long press to turn on/off, short press to pause/play.
Volume +: Short press to increase volume, long press for the next song.
Volume -: Short press to decrease volume, long press for the previous song.

TWS Connection Mode

To enter TWS mode, press and hold the + and – keys simultaneously. You will hear a beep indicating TWS mode.
Successful TWS pairing will be confirmed by a tone and blinking indicator lights on the main unit.
To disconnect TWS, press and hold the + and – keys. The units will emit a beep and the main unit’s indicator light will change accordingly.

Low Battery Indicator

One low battery alert when battery power is at 20% remaining.
Two low battery alerts when the battery level is at 5%, indicating automatic shutdown.

Bluetooth Connection Status

White Light: Blinks at 1-second intervals when no Bluetooth connection is established. Goes out when Bluetooth is connected.
In the charging state, the white light remains on and turns off when fully charged. Flashes at 300ms intervals in TWS pairing mode.

INSTRCUTIONS FOR

POWER

Long press on/Off (short press Pause/play）
Double-tap Bluetooth to disconnect

VOL + Short press Vol+ (Long press for next song)
VOL – Short press Vol- (Long press previous)

Press and hold the machine + – key to enter TWS connection mode, accompanied by a beep (to enter TWS mode）
When TWS pairing is successful, accompanied by a tone (TWS connection), the main unit’s indicator light is blinking, and the secondary unit has no indicator light.
When TWS pairing is successful, press and hold the + – key to disconnect TWS, accompanied by a beep (TWS disconnected), if the main unit is not connected to Bluetooth, the main/secondary indicator light flashes, if the main unit is connected to Bluetooth, the main unit indicator light has no light (still maintains the Bluetooth connection), and the second unit indicator light flashes.

NOTE

If TWS is not successfully connected within 15 seconds after entering TWS mode, you need to repeat the steps to enter TWS.
After entering TWS mode, you cannot exit this mode and connect Bluetooth within 15 seconds, you need to wait for 15 seconds to exit automatically.

PAIR YOUR MOBILE DEVICE

Press and hold the device switch key to hear a continuous ringing tone. Switch on the Bluetooth function of your mobile phone or other device.
Tip: You can usually find the Bluetooth function in the taskbar on the bottom of your phone, or Settings. Select Pocket Sound from the device list to pair and connect.
Tip: When the connection is successful, a ringtone will sound.
When you are not using the device, it is recommended that you press and hold the On/Off button to switch off the device to ensure that it has sufficient power for the next time you use it.
Tip: The Pocket Sound will automatically connect to your Bluetooth device when you use it again.

WARRANTY POLICY

Subject to the following terms and conditions, MOON will provide consumers with a three-year warranty for quality problems caused by raw materials or production processes.

A. These terms and conditions apply only to products sold by MOON in mainland China.
B. These terms and conditions are only applicable to consumers who own MOON products for daily consumption through purchase and other legal means (hereinafter referred to as consumers).
