  1. Rotate all parts of the brake until all the slots are in a straight line.Figure 1
  2. Press the brake lever towards the grip.
  3. Take the brake cable into the slots and place the cable head into the brake lever. Figure 2
  4. Release the brake lever. Figure 3
  5. Pull the cable and rotate all parts of the brake to make sure the cable doesn’t fall out.
  • Caliper adjustment screw will be used while installing front wheel. Brake cable clamp will be used when installing front brake. Pad wear adjustment screw will be used after the pad being worn out.
  • Align each side of the fork to the front axle. The disc will go into the caliper at the same time the fork attached to the axle.
  • Adjust caliper adjustment screw to set a suitable distance between rotor(disc) to each side of caliper.
  • Rotor(disc) should be offset to the outboard side of the rotor slot. Ideal ratio is 1/3 to 2/3.

THE ASSEMBLING OF SHIFTER CABLE

Special Note:

  1. When installing the transmission, the front shifter should be adjusted to the 7th speed.
  2. When installing the transmission, the chain should be on the smallest free wheel.

Adjusting the Rear Derailleur
The low limit screw determines how far the rear derailleur will travel toward the wheel of the bicycle, while the high limit screw determines how far the cage will travel away from the wheel.

  1. Shift the rear shifter to largest number indicated, disconnect the rear derailleur cable from the cable anchor bolt and place the chain on the smallest sprocket. Figure 1
  2. Adjust the high limit screw (H) so the guide pulley and the smallest sprocket are lined up. Figure 2
  3. Reconnect the cable, pull out any slack, and retighten the anchor bolt securely.
  4. Shift through the gears, making sure each gear achieved is done quietly and without hesitation. If necessary, use the barrel adjuster to fine tune each gear by turning it in the direction you want the chain to go. For example, turning clockwise will loosen the cable tension and move the chain away from the wheel, while turning counter-clockwise will tighten cable tension and direct the chain towards the wheel.
  5. Shift the rear shifter to the gear one and place the chain on the largest cog.
  6. Adjust the low limit screw (L) in quarter turn increments until the guide pulley and the largest cog are aligned vertically.
  7. Again, shift through each gear several times, checking that each gear is achieved smoothly. It may take several attempbefore the rear derailleur and cable is adjusted properrn increments until the guide pulley and the largest cog are aligned vertically.

  3. When the air pressure reaches 280-350KPA, the safety line between the outer tire and the rim contacting the edge evenly leaks out of the rim, and then the inflation is completed.
