Product Usage Instructions
Battery Installation:
- Install 2 AA batteries ensuring correct polarity.
- Test the remote by pressing any button to check if the batteries are installed correctly.
- Optional: Use the provided screw for the battery compartment to reduce battery loss.
Remote Programming:
If using a guest/patient room entertainment system or GRE system:
- Press and hold OK, ENTER, and MENU until the light next to POWER button lights up solid.
- Enter the corresponding three-digit code for your system.
- Test the remote by powering on the TV and checking its functionality.
Learning Function:
- Press and hold OK, ENTER until the light next to POWER button lights up solid.
- Point both remotes at each other and select the button on SCR10 you want to teach.
- Press the corresponding button on the original remote to teach SCR10 the new function.
Factory Reset:
To restore to factory settings:
- Press and hold OK, ENTER, and CC until the light next to the POWER button flashes 3 times.

Compatibility with Cable Company Set-Top Boxes:
This remote is not compatible with cable company set-top boxes. Visit our website for cable set-top box-capable models.
Battery Installation
Install 2 AA batteries (must be new). Ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly by observing the + and – symbols on the battery compartment cover. Test the remote by pressing any button. The buttons should light up, indicating that the batteries are installed correctly. If they fail to light up, reinstall the batteries correctly or check the condition of the batteries.
Important: The optional screw for the battery compartment is not required but will help reduce battery loss. (Screw is taped inside blue box)
The Remote is now ready to operate any LG, Samsung, RCA or Philips TV
(Note: This remote is not compatible with any other brand TV) RCA and Philips Commercial TVs
Important : If you have a guest/patient room entertainment system or GRE System you will need to program your remote as follows:
The Clean Remote SCR10 is compatible with many guest/patient room entertainment systems (GRE) including those that offer streaming or casting functionality. To select your system, PRESS and HOLD both and until the light to the left of the POWER button lights up solid, then enter the corresponding three-digit code. The light on the remote turns off to confirm the code is stored. If the light flashes repeatedly repeat the process above to add the code.

- Bonvoy®: 006
- GuestTek®: 007 or 008
- AEP® Box: 013
Note these systems must be connected to an LG, Samsung, RCA or Philips TV
Test the remote by powering on the TV and test its functionality. For Guestlek and Soniti you may have to try the next code listed.
Learning Function
The learning feature allows you to add or teach a command from your original remote to your Clean
Remote SCR10. You can use this feature to REPLACE the function of any button on the Clean Remote SCRIO.
- On the Clean Remote SCR10 PRESS and HOLD both until the light to the left of the POWER button lights up solid.
- Point both remotes at each other and select the Clean Remote SCR10 button you wish to teach the new function to by PRESSING it one time.
- PRESS the button on the original remote you want the Clean Remote SCR10 to learn, one time. The light to the left of the POWER button on the Clean Remote SCR10 will flash to confirm the the process is complete.
Simply repeat these steps to learn other button commands.
Factory Reset
- To restore the Clean Remote SCR10 to its original factory settings.
- PRESS and HOLD both and the light to the left of the POWER button flashes 3 times.
- The remote is now reset, it will now operate LG, Samsung, RCA and Philips TVs.
