Using the FlexMirror

Charging

  • Charging takes approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes. We recommend using the included USB cable with a 25W charger for a better charging experience.

  • Swipe from top to bottom with two fingers on the bottom right corner of the screen, then you can see the OSD menu.

Wireless

Connecting to Windows Laptop

  1. Press the Windows + K key at the same time to open the ‘wireless display’ menu.
  2. Select Flex Mirror_**** from the device lists to connect the display.
    • Press Windows + P Key at the same time to open the ‘project’ menu to select the projection type (Duplicate, Extend).

  4. Click the ‘Bluetooth & other devices’ menu and then press ‘+Add Bluetooth or other device’.
  5. Select FlexMirror_**** from the device lists to connect.
    • The connection method may vary depending on the laptop model.
    • In case of Windows 11, connect Bluetooth first, then the screen.

How to find out if your Windows laptop has wireless display support

  • To connect Flexmirror to your laptop wirelessly, your laptop should support Miracast, a technology that is designed to transmit video and sound directly from a laptop to display devices
  1. Press the Windows Key + R to bringup the Run box. Type ‘dxdiag’ and hit Enter.

  • This guide is written on ONE UI 5.x
  1. Swipe down from the top of the smartphone home screen to show the quick settings button.
  2. To activate touch screen, tap on the ‘Bluetooth’ icon and connect with FlexMirror_**** in the device pairing list.

    • The wireless connection method may vary depending on the Smartphone brand. Some phones like Google Pixel, and Blackview do not support Wireless connection to FlexMirror.

Safety information and warning

  • Do not use if battery is exposed, do not disassemble, replace, or reuse.
  • Be careful not to let foreign objects such as metal, liquid, or dust come into contact with the charging port or the battery connection terminal.
  • Do not heat the device or battery, or put it in a microwave or fire.
  • If the device is damaged or smells of burning smoke, stop using it immediately and contact us.
  • Do not use the device in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.(in bathroom/sauna, on a heating pad, in hot vehicle in the summer and so on) or near fire.
  • The proper operating temperature of this device is 0 ℃ to 35℃, and the proper storage temperature is -20 ℃ to 50 ℃. Higher or lower temperatures may damage the device or shorten the battery life.
  • Do not allow infants or pets to place in their mouths or bite the packaging and device.
  • Observe relevant laws or safety rules for the use of device while driving.
  • Prolonged exposure to loud sounds can damage your hearing, be careful when using at high volume.
  • Do not use a screen that is fixed to the entire screen or part of the screen for a long time.
  • Do not leave a frozen screen for a long time. otherwise, it may cause a image sticking.
  • The electromagnetic wave absorption rate of the device has been tested and evaluated to be suitable at a distance of 1.5cm.
  • This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules& Regulations.
  • Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Troubleshooting

  • I can not turn Flex Mirror on. (When I hold the power button for a few seconds, the FlexMirror logo appears for a time, and then the screen turns off, LED being blue for a second nothing happens or nothing including the LED happens )
    It is a temporary error in the SW. Please proceed with the Reset.

    • Reset method :
    1. Press and hold the power button for more than 30 seconds
    2. Press and hold the power button and volume up key for more than 30 seconds at the same time.
  • Bluetooth keeps connecting and disconnecting in a loop on a Windows laptop, even after resetting the Bluetooth.
    Please delete the FlexMirror from the Bluetooth device list, and after re- booting both the laptop and FlexMirror, try to reconnect. Also, due to the characteristics of Bluetooth, in an environment where the number of wireless devices increases, connection errors may occur due to interference. Please understand that connection failure in this environment Is not a product problem, but a part of Bluetooth technology characteristics.

  • The Bluetooth connection is not working well and the touch is not working.
    On the FlexMirror, launch the OSD menu by swiping down from top to bottom with two fingers on the bottom right corner of the screen and then Tap ‘system’>Tap ‘reset touch’ and reset Bluetooth and try connect again.

  • The battery does not charge properly.
    When using a 25W power adapter, the full charging time is about 3 hours and 50 minutes. Recommend using include USB cable with a 25W charger for better charging experience.
