Installation Steps
Follow the steps below to assemble the 3-tier Bar Cart:

Step 1
- Mount the four casters (N).
- Connect two side racks (A & B) on the bottom of the side rack A & B with 2 no-hole long iron pipes (C) by M6x30mm screws (Q).

Step 2
Use M6*20mm screws (P) to install a board (I-2) at the bottom. -
Step 3
Install the middle vertical rack (K) with M6x30mm screws (Q). -
Step 4
1. Install two long pipes without holes (C) between two side racks with M6x30mm screws (Q) in the bottom.
2. Install one long pipe with raised section (D) in the middle with M6x30mm screws (Q). Insert the short pipe with 2 holes (H) into the raised section on the pipe (D&E), and then install the long pipe (E) with M6x30mm screws (Q).-
Step 5
Install the Small Board (J) with ST7x40mm screws (R), then install two short iron pipes without holes (F) on top of the small board with M6x30mm screws (Q). -
Step 6
Secure the W-shaped rack (L) between the middle vertical rack and side rack (B) with M6x12mm screws (O). -
Step 7
Fix cup racks (E) onto top board (A) with self-tapping screws (N). -
Step 8
Install two long iron pipes with one hole (G) by M6x30mm screws (Q). Install top board (I-1) with M6x20mm screws (P). -
Step 9
Install cart handle rail (M) with M6x20mm screws (P). Install two long iron pipes without holes (C) by M6x30mm screws (Q).

Important Assembly Advice
- In order to avoid the situation that some parts cannot be installed, please make sure to follow the correct installation order.
- Parts of assembly will be MUCH EASIER with 2 people.
- Please keep a mild tightness on all the screwing during assembly. After the whole bar cart is assembled, firmly tighten all the screws.

Step 1
Mount the four casters (N) on the bottom of the side rack (A&B). -
Step 2
Connect two side racks (A&B) with 2 no-hole long iron pipes(C) by M6x30mm screws(Q). -
Step 3
Use M6*20mm screws (P) to install a board (I-2) at the bottom. -
Step 4
1. Install two long pipes without holes (C) between two side racks with M6x30mm screws (Q) in the bottom.
2. Install one long pipe with raised section (D) in the middle with M6x30mm screws (Q). Insert the short pipe with 2 holes (H) into the raised section on the pipe (D&E), and then install the long pipe (E) with M6x30mm screws(Q). TIPS: Please keep the side with sheet iron on long pipes (D&E) up, which are used to hold the short iron pipe (H) better.

Step 6
