Product Usage Instructions
Installing Bar and Chain:
- Cut off the power supply before adjusting chain tensioning.
- Loosen the hexagonal cylindrical head screw counterclockwise to remove the sprocket cover.
- Check the cutter teeth of the chain before installing it on the guide plate.
- Install the chain on the guide plate and align it with the drive sprocket.
- Tighten the chain by screwing in the hexagonal cylindrical head screw and adjusting the tightness.
Checking Chain Tightness:
After every 10 minutes of use, check the tightness of the chain. Ensure it is
within the recommended 2-4mm distance for optimal performance.
Adding Lubricating Oil:
Use 32# anti-wear hydraulic oil for lubrication. When adding oil to the oil
pot, use a filter to reduce residual oil impact on tool performance.
Installing Battery Packs:
Align the card slot of the battery pack with the card tendon of the machine
after confirming the battery pack power.
FAQ:
-
Q: How often should I check the chain tightness?
A: It is recommended to check the chain tightness after every 10 minutes of use for regular maintenance. -
Q: What type of oil should I use for lubrication?

Install bar and chain
-
Please cut off the power supply before adjusting chain tensioning.
-
Use a special wrench to loosen the hexagonal cylindrical head screw counterclockwise (as shown in Figure 1) to remove the sprocket cover from the body. If it is a used machine, please clean the residual wood chips and debris on the chain cover in time to ensure the accuracy of the assembly when installing the guide chain in the next step.
-
Take out the guide plate and chain and check the cutter teeth of the chain before installing the chain on the guide plate. The cutter teeth need to be installed on the guide plate as shown in Figure 2. After the chain is installed on the guide plate, please place the guide chain installed together vertically, with the guide wheel on the top, and pull the chain for a week by hand to check whether the slide is smooth.
Note: When already using the machine After some time, the most before each use Okay, check the guide the way above Board and chain, if not slippery possible You need to replace or repair the guide and A chain. -
Put the chainsaw in a stable place, install the installed guide and chain on the machine, and hang the teeth on the inside of the chain to the drive sprocket (Figure 3)
-
Cover the sprocket cover, pay attention to cover up, and hand to hold the guide plate and chain, to prevent the chain from slipping out of the sprocket, in the sprocket cover two holes Screw the hexagonal cylindrical head screw into the center, tighten the chain clockwise in the direction of the “+” symbol (Figure 4) to adjust the tightness between the guide plate and the chain, and then use a special wrench to rotate clockwise through the hexagonal cylindrical head screw to compress the sprocket cover, and the guide chain is installed.
-
Before using a chain saw, first make
About 10 after use and for regular use
About minutes, to check the tightness of the chain Degree, ensure to achieve the right chain tightness Degree.
Note:
Wear protective gloves and pinch the chain tightly Bar, drag it back and
forth, see the sprocket If the chain teeth are closed, then clockwise Turn the
adjustment knob to tighten the chain, chain The best tightness of the strip is
controlled in 2 ~ 4mm distance (Figure 5, 6) is shown.
-
Turn the adjustment knob to tighten the chain, chain The best tightness of the strip is controlled in 2 ~ 4 mm distance (Figure 5, 6) is shown.
-
Add lubricating oil
lubricating oil: 32# anti-wear hydraulic oil Note: When adding lubricating oil to the oil pot, please use the oil pot filter -
To reduce the impact of residual oil on tool performance. Installing Battery Packs Install the battery pack. After confirming the battery pack power, align the card slot of the battery pack with the card tendon of the machine.
-
As shown in Figure 7, after correct insertion, the battery is locked on the machine and cannot be pulled out directly, and the battery pack is installed.
Note:
To extend the service life of the battery pack, please fully charge the
battery pack before placing it. If you do not use the machine for a long time,
it is recommended to charge it every 3 months.
Charging battery pack
- Pull the battery pack button down to remove the battery pack from the machine (Figure 7). The charger power cord plug is connected to the main power supply to start charging (Figure 8).
- The charger indicator light is red, the appliance is charging, the charger indicator light is green, and the charging operation is complete.
- Note: There are many models of battery packs and chargers (the picture is only one of them)
Battery packs and chargers are used
- Charge only uses the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger used in conjunction with another battery pack may pose a fire hazard.
- Only use power tools with specially designated battery packs. The use of other battery packs may result in injury and fire.
- When not in use, keep the battery pack away from other metal objects, such as twisting pins, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects that may cause a connection between one terminal and another. A short circuit in the battery terminal may cause burns or fire.
- In harsh conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery, please avoid contact. In case of accidental contact, wash immediately with water. If fluids come into contact with your eyes, seek medical help immediately. The liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
- Charging state, do not use tools. Be sure to charge the battery indoors, away from heat sources, and avoid any objects covering the charger and battery pack, which may cause poor heat dissipation and damage to tools.
- Charge the battery pack immediately after discharge. Storage tools should be in a state of excess electricity, away from high temperatures, and choose a cool, dry area.
- The battery pack has a self-discharge phenomenon, if not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge once every 3 months when the power is insufficient, do not force use.
- The battery pack must be charged after continuous use for a specified time, and the forced use of the weak current state seriously affects the performance of the battery pack product.
- Do not use damaged or modified battery packs or tools. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior that can lead to fire, explosion, or injury hazards.
- Do not allow the battery pack or tools to catch fire or overheat. Fire or temperatures above 130 ° C may cause an explosion.
- Please follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or tool outside the temperature range specified in the instructions. Incorrect charging or charging at temperatures outside the prescribed range can damage the battery and increase the risk of fire
