Preparation
Please obtain a standard Nano-SIM card from the Telcel operator Please check the label at the bottom of the device to obtain the default parameter information.
Insert Nano-SIM card
Open the card slot cover at the bottom of the device and insert the Nano-SIM card.
Open your device
After connecting the power adapter, press the Power button to boot the device.
Connect to the device that needs to access the Internet.
Open WiFi (WLAN) Settings on the mobile phone, pitch on the SSID of the device, and enter the password. After the connection is successful, your mobile phone can access the Internet. Network cable (RJ45) connection: Use the network cable to connect the device to your PC, and then your PC can access the Internet.
Modify the default settings of the device
You can log in to the management page to change the default settings of the device.
- Check the label at the bottom to obtain the default IP address of the management page
- Open the browser and enter the default IP address of the management page in the address bar.
- Enter the initial login password and log in to the management page.
- Modify the default settings of the device as needed.
Set the WiFi name, password and login password of the device
Login to web UI set the WiFi name and password of the device and set the login
password of the device simultaneously.
Note: It is recommended that you reset the WiFi password and login password,
and remember them. If you forget your password, you can only reconfigure it by
restoring factory settings.
Access the Internet with wired broadband mode
This device supports home broadband service provided by the operator, and you can directly access the internet by using this device.

Log in to the management page.
On this page, click Change to change the connection mode to wired broadband mode. -
Configure the device based on the parameter information provided by the operator.

Use a network cable to connect the home broadband service port to the WAN/LAN1 network port of this device.

Access the internet by using your PC or mobile device.
Note: This setting supports WAN/LAN adaptation, and there is no need to set it when connecting to other routers through the WAN port.
Simple fault handling
Fault description | Solutio n |

Unable to access the
internet| – Please check your device configuration.
– Boot your device and wait for 1 to 2 minutes for the device to initialize.
– Please check the device indicator status.
Low transfer rate| – The transfer rate depends on the signal strength and
network type. Please check the device indicator status and the network type.
Unstable network| – The signal is weak, please move the device to a place with
a stronger signal, such as next to a window.
Unable to connect
devices using Wi-Fi| – Please check if the Wi-Fi status is on.
– Please refresh the wireless network list and select the correct SSID to
connect.
– Please enter the correct Wi-Fi connection key.
– Please log in to the management page, go to Wi-Fi settings, and check
whether the SSID hiding function is enabled on the device. You can turn off
the hiding function or restore the device to factory settings.
Password problem| – Please check the default Wi-Fi connection key and SSID
from the device label.
– Please check the default login password of the Facility
Management page from the device label.
– Please reset your device to restore the password to factory defaults if you
forget the newly changed password.
