MAINSTREET 541HTUC30 Undercounter Dishwasher

All plumbing and electrical connections must be made by a qualified
installer according to your state and local codes.
STEP 1: LEVEL DISHWASHER
- Place the dishwasher in its permanent location and use the levelling feet to ensure the unit is level and stable.
STEP 2: HOT WATER CONNECTION
- The optimal water temperature is 140°F. For best results, the water temperature should be no lower than 125°F.
- Install the included 5′ flexible water hose, filter, and gasket as shown in Fig. 1.
STEP 3: DRAIN HOOKUP
- Open drain connection (11/2″ minimum IPS) (Fig. 2).
- Connect the dishwasher to the drain using the grey flex drain (Fig. 3).
- Clamp it to the wall so that it remains in place.
- Max. drain height: 19 3/4″ (Fig. 4).
- DO NOT CONNECT THE DRAIN TO A DISPOSAL.
- DO NOT INSTALL P-TRAPS ON THE DRAIN HOSE.
- DO NOT MAKE ANY DRAIN HOSE LOOP CONNECTIONS.
STEP 4: ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
- Check amps consumption on the data plate to size the breaker correctly.
- Verify receptacle is for the NEMA 6-20P plug.
- Write the model and serial number in the manual and keep them in a safe place.
STEP 5: CHEMICALS
- The dishwasher comes standard with built-in adjustable detergent and rinse pumps.
- On the back of the dishwasher, locate a clear tube marked “Detergent” and place it inside the detergent container (Fig. 6).
- The unmarked clear tube is to be placed inside your rinse container (Fig. 6).
- NOTE: Refer to the manual for detailed instructions on pump adjustments.
- NOTE: Use commercial-grade, high-temperature, low-suds liquid detergent and liquid rinse.
STEP 6: PREPARATION FOR USE
- Open the door and CUT tie wraps from the wash and rinse the arm. DO NOT PULL OFF (Fig 7).
- Place all filters back into the unit.
- Verify the overflow tube is placed and secured with an O-ring (Fig. 8).
- Turn on the water and verify there are no leaks.
- Turn on power.
- The unit will begin to fill both the wash tank and booster.
- Then, begin heating both tanks until the wash tank is above 150°F and the booster is above 180°F.
- Depending on your incoming water, this may take up to 30 minutes to achieve temperature.
Run the machine to verify that all electrical, water, and drain hookups are correct, chemical amounts are adequate, and there are no leaks.
