How to Register a Lux Inverter
- Make sure you have your dongle on hand.
- Go to: https://server.luxpowertek.com/or download the App LuxPowerView on your smartphone. Click on Register.
- Ensure you are on the North American server. Create a username and a password that are easy to remember. Use an email address that you have access to.
- Name your station for easy recognition.
- Select your preference for daylight saving time. Choose the Continent North America, Region North America, and Country United States of America.
- Select the timezone of your choice.
- Type the Customer Code “BBD0001” if you are an end user who purchased the inverter from BigBattery and want to monitor it.
- If you are an installer, enter the solar installer code provided by BigBattery or one of their distributors.
- Contact [email protected] if you are a solar installer and need a Customer Code.
- Type the Dongle SN and PIN located on the dongle you received. Click on Register.
