SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: THIS APPLIANCE IS INTENDED FOR HOME USE ONLY
- Read all instructions in this manual before using the product. Keep this manual for the entire life of the product.
- This device must be assembled by one or two adults.
- The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this product are properly informed about its safe use.
- This product is intended for home use only. Don’t use this product in a commercial, rental, or institutional environment.
- The user is responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the device. After assembling the product, one must check that the fasteners are tightened and that no elements protrude and before each use. Regularly check the condition of the parts that are most susceptible to wear.
- Don’t store this product in a damp place (e.g. at the edge of a pool, bathroom, etc.).
- Wear sports shoes to protect your feet during exercise. Don’t wear loose clothing as this could get caught in the equipment. Jewellery should be removed.
- Pin your hair together so that it doesn’t get in the way during your workout.
- If you feel pain or dizzy during exercise, stop immediately, rest, and see a doctor.
- Always keep children and pets away from the product.
- Please consult your doctor before starting this training program, especially if you haven’t been active in sports for several years.
- Don’t attempt to repair the device yourself.
- The assembly/disassembly of the product must consider health safety.
- Adhere to the specified user information and don’t exceed it.
- Don’t bend your back and keep it straight during exercise.
- Replace defective components immediately and keep the device out of operation until it is repaired.
- Excessive or incorrect training can cause health problems.
- The equipment must be properly aligned. Parents and other persons responsible for children should be aware of their responsibility since children’s natural playfulness and willingness to experiment can lead to situations and behaviours for which the training device isn’t intended.
- lf children can use the device, one should take into account their mental and physical development and above all their temperament. They should be checked and instructed on the correct use of the device. Under no circumstances is the device suitable as a children’s toy.
- Make sure that the seat is stable before using the device. If you feel pain, faint, dizziness or shortness of breath, stop your workout immediately. Stay on the device for a while until you feel better before getting up and leaving the device. Ask someone to help you to get off the device.
- lf the adjusters stick out, your movement may be affected.
- The free space on which the device is placed must be at least 60 cm larger than the device.
The device is NOT suitable for therapeutic purposes.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Wipe the surfaces dry after each training session. Do not use solvents – only clean with a damp cloth.
- The user is responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the device. After the product has been assembled, check that the fasteners are tightened and that no elements protrude and before each use. Regularly check the condition of the parts that are most susceptible to wear.
- Replace defective components immediately and keep the device out of operation until it is repaired.
TOOLS
To successfully assemble your product. you need a 2 x 14 mm and 2 x 17 mm wrench and a screwdriver. For an easier and faster a5$embly, a hammer with a soft head would be an advantage.

BEFORE YOU START
PREPARATION OF THE WORK AREA
You must assemble your product In a clean, clear and uncluttered place. In
this way, you can move around tile products during the assembly of components
and reduce the risk of Injury.
WORK WITH A FRIEND
It may make sense to assemble this product with the help of a friend, as some
of the components are large, and differ, or awkward to use.
OPEN THE CARTON
Carefully open the box that contains your product and pay attention to the
warnings on the outer box to reduce the risk of Injury. Look out for sharp
brackets that can be used to see die flaps as they could injure you. Be sure
to open the box the right way, as diis is die easiest and safest way to unpack
all of the components.
UNPACK COMPONENTS
Unpack each component carefully and the parts 11th to check that you have all
the die parts you need to complete the die assembly of your product.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
-
Secure the two leg press plates (17) to the lower connecting tube (3) with four carriage bolts, MS x 65 mm (43), four washers MS (49) and four nylon nuts MS (51 ).

Fasten the lower side tube (2) and the lower connecting tube (3) to the lower tube (1) with two hexagon bolts, M 10 x 70 mm (38), four washers M 10 (47) and two nylon nuts M10 (SO).

Secure the lower side tube (2) to the lower tube (1) with two hexagon head screws, M 10 x 65 mm (39), four washers M 10 (47) and two nylon nuts M 10 (SO).
Note: The lower side tubes (2) can be mounted on any side of the lower tube (1 ). Which side they are attached to depends on how the gym is set up. This does not change the assembly process. -
Fasten the lower tube (1) to the lower connecting tube (3) with two hexagon screws, M 10 x 65 mm (39), four washers M 10 (47) and two nylon nuts M 10 (50).

Secure the rear base frame (9) to the lower connecting tube (3) with two hexagon screws, M 10 x 65 mm (39), four washers M 10 (47) and two nylon nuts M 10 (50).
STEP 2
- Secure the four pillars (4) to the two lower tubes (1) with eight hexagon bolts, M10 x 65 mm (39), sixteen washers M 10 (47) and eight nylon nuts M 10 (50).
- Insert the two weight guide tubes (8) into the rear base frame (9) and fasten them there with two hexagon bolts, M 10 x 40 mm (41 ), four arched washers M 10 (48) and two nylon nuts M10 (50).
- Slide the two springs (26) and two large washers (19) onto the weight guide tube (8).
- Slide the weight plate frame (10) onto the weight guide tube (8).
- Slide two spring clips (25) onto the weight plate frame (10).
STEP 3:
- Push the support frame (14) onto the pillar (4) with two quick adjustment buttons (27). Attention! Make sure that the support frame (14) is on the same side of the lower side tube (2).
- Push the long shelf (12) with two quick adjustment buttons (27) onto the column (4).
- Push the four short shelves (13) onto a pillar (4) using a quick adjustment button (27).
STEP4:
- Fasten the two upper connecting tubes (5) to the two pillars (4) with four hexagon screws, Ml Ox 65 mm (39), eight washers M10 (47) and four nylon nuts M10 (SO).
- Fasten the two upper connecting tubes (5) and the upper rear connecting tube (6) to the two pillars (4) with four hexagon screws, M 10 x 70 mm (38), eight washers Ml 0 (47) and four nylon nuts M10 (SO).
- Attach the upper front connecting tube (11) to the two upper connecting tubes (5) with four hexagon screws, M 10 x 65 mm (39), eight washers M 10 (47) and four nylon nuts M 10 (SO).
- Remove two M10 x 20 mm hexagon bolts (42) and two M10 washers (47) from the weight guide tube (8).
- Fasten the upper cross member (7) to the weight guide tube (8) with two hexagon screws, M 10 x 20 mm (42) and two washers M 10 (47).
- Secure the upper cross member (7) to the upper rear tube (6) with two hexagon head screws, Ml Ox 65 mm (39), four washers Ml O (47) and two nylon nuts Ml O (SO).
STEP 5:
- Start with the upper rope (20).
- Insert the upper rope (20) into the groove of the pulley (22TI (29) and then thread the upper rope (20) through the upper cross member (7).
- Fasten Pulley 1 (29) and two plastic sleeves (30) to the upper cross member with a hexagon screw (7), M10 x 70 mm (38), two washers M10 (47) and a nylon nut M10 (SO).
- Fasten Pulley 2 (29) and two plastic sleeves (30) to the upper cross member with a hexagon screw (7), M10 x 70 mm (38), two washers M10 (47) and a nylon nut M10 (SO).
- Fasten Pulley 4 (29) to the upper cross member (7) with a hexagon screw, M10 x 45 mm (41 ), two washers M 10 (47) and a nylon nut M 10 (SO).
- Attach the end of the rope (20) to the weight plate frame (10).
- Fasten Pulley 3 (28) and two pulley suspensions (34) to the pulley-U (18) with a hexagon screw, M10 x48 mm (40), two washers M10 (47) and a nylon nut M10 (SO).
- Attach the lat pull bar (15) to the other end of the upper rope (20) with a carabiner (22).
- Assembly of the lower rope (21).
- Insert the lower rope (21) into the groove of the pulley (27TI (28) and thread it through the rear base frame (9).
- Fasten Pulley 5 (28) and a pulley suspension (34) to the lower base frame (9) with a hexagon screw, M10 x48 mm (40), two washers M10 (47) and a nylon nut M10 (SO).
- Fasten the Pulley 6 (28) and two pulley suspensions (34) to the pulley-U (18) with a hexagon screw, M10 x48 mm (40), two washers M10 (47) and a nylon nut M10 (SO).
- Attach the end of the rope (21) with a hexagon screw, M 8 x 40 mm (44), two washers MB (49) and a nylon nut MB (51), a short chain (24) and a carabiner (22) on the lower base frame (9).
- Attach the lower bar (16) to the other end of the rope (21) with two carabiners (22) and a long chain (23).
Note:
After finishing the assembly, there are four unused holes in the lower tube
(1) on the lower left. With their help, the power rack can be anchored to the
floor if necessary.
How to set the weight rest
Loosen and pull out the quick button (27), set the desired height and tighten
it. Note:
Please note when setting whether there are any obstacles around the product.
Add the weight plate
This device is suitable for weight plates with a hole size of 26,5 mm. The
maximum outside diameter is R 350. The most effective width of the weight
plate tube is 180 mm per side. The maximum weight per side is 40 kg, for a
total of 80 kg.
