  • These lights include IR (Infrared) LEDs which look dim/invisible, they are not faulty LEDs.
  • For flowering stage: use the dimmer with 100% brightness.
  • For safety reasons, DO NOT TOUCH THE OPERATING LAMP (Except the dimmer knob). The light housings temperature would get high after several hours ot work.

Thank you for choosing our products! Please read this instruction carefully before using your lights,

  1. CAUTION: Do not look directly at the LED bulbs when the lighting equipment is working.
  2. CAUTION: The minimum required distances between adjacent lighting equipment is 4 inches(lOcm) and between the lighting equipment and combustible materials is 40 inches(lOOcm) such as walls, ceilings, movable partitions, and the like (providing these installation limitations are needed to prevent overheating of lighting equipment or combustible materials within the installation environment).
  3. The maximum temperature of the installed environment (ambient temperature) will ensure the safe operation of the lighting equipment, So you will need to control the temperature within the installed environment. (Example: mechanical ventilation or cooling system is required to maintain the temperature within the growing space below 104°F (or 40C) when the lighting equipment is in operation),
  4. Instructions to guide the installation such that cords:
  5. Are not concealed or extended through a wall, floor, ceiling, or other parts of the building structure,
  6. Are not located above a suspended ceiling or dropped ceiling,
  7. Are not permanently affixed to the building structure,
  8. routed so that they are not subject to strain and are protected from physical damage,
  9. Are visible over their entire length, and
  10. Are used within their rated ampacity as determined for the maximum temperature of the installed environment specified in the instructions.
  11. This lighting equipment is Indoor use only. Not water-proof, protect your lighting equipment from dampness, dust, and water.
  12. CAUTION: For horticultural lighting structures, installation shall be pertormed by qualified personnel and that the structures are intended for installation subject to approval by the authority having jurisdiction.
  13. Set up your light in the operating environment that allows for adequate air circulation. Never push objects into the ventilation openings.
  14. When cieaning the outside of your light and its components, first, you need to shut off your light, then unplug the power cord. Using a ciean, soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the light. Avoid getting moisture in any openings.
  15. CAUTION: Possibly hazardous optical radiation emitted from this product. Do not stare at the operating lamp. May be harmful to the eyes.

Installation

P1000 Installation Instructions (example)

  1. Remove this lighting equipment from packaging.
  2. Joining the buckles to the hanging holders one by one.
  3. Hanging the light on a hard, stable bracket or the ceiling of grow tent with the carabiner.
  4. Install this lighting equipment above your plants – Do not proceed unless it’s safely and securely mounted.
  5. Rotate counterclockwise to turn the dimmer knobs to 5% brightness,
  6. Plug into the wall socket, and rotate clockwise the dimmer to adjust brightness.

Adjust the height and brightness accordingly to the desired coverage and how well each plant responds as the brightness increases. The key is to always observe your plants and listen to what they’re telling you, If the leaves are pointing hard towards the light, they love it! Give them more! If they shy away or appear limp and unhappy, while all other components and environmental variables are correct, back off with the light!

They’ll let you know very quickly how they feel, This is of course., the key to horticulture in general.

Warranty Terms

  • 1f We offer 3 years warranty for our LED grow lights purchased against manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase. If you need warranty assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to high moisture levels, water, power surges, improper hanging/mounting, improper use, dust build-up, or user modifications.
  • For USA buyers, if any lights stop working within 30 days, you can choose:
    • Exchange. We will email you a pre-paid return label, please ship the light back to our USA warranty center. A replacement will be sent to you for free as soon as we receive the defective light.
    • Money back. We will email you a pre-paid return label, please ship the light back to our USA warranty center. You will get your money back as soon as we receive the defective light.
    • Repairing. We can send parts free of charge immediately if you’d like to repair simple defects. Or we will email you a pre-paid return label to bring the light back, then ship it back to you after we repair it. All for free.
  • For buyers outside of the USA, if any lights stop working within 30 days, you can choose (A) Exchange. Please ship the light back to our warehouse, the buyer pays for return shipping. A replacement will be sent to you for free as soon as we receive the defective light.

    • Repairing. We can send parts free of charge immediately if you’d like to repair simple defects.
  • To all customers: if any lights stop working over 30 days after delivery, please contact us to get a satisfactory solution.
  • If a light is sent in with damage that is not covered under warranty, we will still be able to perform warranty service, however, that is at our discretion and repairs may bear a cost that will be assessed before repairing the light.
