Product Introduction

Features:

• No drilling required
• Built-in baseplate, not foam cotton, not easy to loosen
• Can be adjusted according to the thickness of the door
• Combined with sheet metal parts, sturdy and anti-theft
• With Iron sheet to prevent damage caused by contact between the screws and the door
• Supports charging without removing the battery (only for charging accessory kits).
  

Two types of Metal Mounting Parts

• 1 Metal Mounting Parts are suitable for doors with flat surfaces.

  

• 2 Metal Mounting Parts are suitable for doors with raised parts.

Description of the Charging Box’s LED Status

The key triggers the state of the light

Charged Status| LED displays
Charging| Blue light flashes for 20 seconds
No connection, no current| Red light flashes for 20 seconds

Installation Steps

Note : Including installation steps for non-charging and charging kits.

1. Secure the doorbell to the base plate with screws
   ( Note : Add an auxiliary board first when used on the charging kit of Ring Doorbell 2nd Gen)
   The compatible doorbell’s models of “Pro/Wired” at the base plate are as follows: (Secured with G)Screw*2)

   • Ring Video Doorbell Wired

   • Ring Video Doorbell Pro

   • Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2.
     

   • The compatible doorbell’s models of “Ring 1/2/3/4/Blink” at the base plate are as follows: (Secured with 2 Screw*4)
     

   • Ring Video Doorbell 2nd Gen 2020 Release

   • Ring Video Doorbell 2

   • Ring Video Doorbell 3/3Plus

   • Ring Video Doorbell 4

   • Ring Video Doorbell 1st Gen

   • Blink Video Doorbell
     
     

2. Put on the Front Cover.
   

3. Screw the Front Cover to the Metal Mounting Parts by using 6 screws*6
   

4. If it is a non-charging kit please skip to the next step:
   Ring Doorbell 2nd Gen 2020 : Screw the coil (Red line to red port marker and black line to black port marker required)
   
   Other doorbell’s models: Unscrew the screw on the back of the doorbell, fix the coil directly into the screw hole, and tighten it.
   

5. Unscrew the handle screws.
   Place the bracket on the door and adjust the position to get the best view.
   

6. Tear off the adhesive strip and paste the iron sheet along the side of the door (Function: Prevent screws from scratching the door.).
   

7. Remove the film of 3M tape from the Metal Mounting Parts and adjust the Handle Screws to fix the bracket.
   

How To Install The Charging Box

Note:

If you purchased a Charging Kit, start with step 5
If you purchased a Charging Accessories kit, start with step 1

1. Fix the charging case with 4 screws*4 .
   

2. Tear off the paper from the soft wiring cable (Coil) and paste it onto the bracket.
   

3. Use the black tape to cover the soft wiring cable (Coil) and paste.
   

4. Note:
   Ring Video Doorbell 2nd Gen need to install the auxiliary board first, otherwise skip directly to the next step.
   

5. Fix the coil on the power cord to the charging port and tighten the screws.
   
   Note:
   About how to install the bracket, please refer to previous steps 5 7.

6. Plug the power cord connector into the charging box.
   

7. Use the cable clips to fix the power cord on the door.
   

8. Plug in the outlet to ensure that the power supply is successfully connected.
   

9. Control the button on the charging box to check the status:

   • Blue light flashing for 20 seconds indicates charging;
   • Red light flashing for 20 seconds indicates two cases, one the battery is fully charged, and other is cannot be connected and there is a charging problem(if it is a red light and the battery is low, please email us at: support@olaike.com)
     

Tips:

• Ring Video Doorbell 2nd Gen (only) need to add auxiliary boards or they will not be charged.
• Ring Video Doorbell 2/3/3Plus/4 : The battery is not removable while in use for charging.
• Charging Box : Regardless of the state of the indicator, the indicator flashes for 20 seconds and then turns off.
• Screws : Please use the screws of the corresponding model correctly so as not to affect the experience.
