Product Introduction
Wearing
- Insert the earbuds into the inner canal of your ears.
- Turn and find the most comfortable position.
Powering on/off
- Open the charging case,the earbuds will automatically power on.
- To power off,place the earbuds into the charging case and close the case.
Reset
- Take out the earbud from the charging case,press and hold the multifunction button in both the left and right ears for 10s(single ear and call status are not operable) until the earbuds displays a red light 3 times and prompts the earbuds is power dff.
- Put the earbud into the charging box and close the cover to activate charging.
- Take out the earbud from the charging case and reconnect it for use.

Put the earphone into the charging case, close the charging case cover, the indicator light always on, the earphone starts charging. -
Charge The Charging Case
Connect the charging wire to the 5V/1A charger, and insert the USB-C charging port of the charging case to charge the charging case.
Usage Method

First Time To Use
Please charge “CrazyDuo Open1” for more than 1 hour before use.
1.Open the charging case cover and the earphone will automatically turn on.
2.Turn on the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone or other device, search for “CrazyDuo Open “and click the connection to use.

Use Again
Open the charging case, the earphones automatically connects back to the phone, you can use it.

Q: Why is there a delay in the sound signal of “CrazyDuo Open1” ?
A: Since the headphones are transmitted via Wireless signals, in a strong magnetic field, the magnetic signal interference will cause a delay in the sound signal, and it is necessary to avoid using it in such an environment. If you are away from this environment, the sound signal delay still occurs, please reset it. -
To avoid hearing loss, please keeping the volume at an appropriate level. Avoid listening to music at high volume for long time, which can cause permanent hearing damage or hearing loss. Please do not use the earphone when you are driving, riding and crossing the street.
If you are using earphones to watch a video, the audio settings may be out of sync.
