(6) 1” Dia. Round Cross Bar-2pcs|

(8) Caster- 2pcs|
(9) Long Hex Bolt -4pcs|
Step1
Lay the upper body of the rack side frame on the floor and attach the 3/4”
Dia. round cross bars into the holes.
From underneath, attach “U”washers and insert short hex bolts through them and
into the upper cross bars only.
Align and place the other side frame onto the end of the cross bars. Insert
the rest bolts with the “U”washers.
Step2
Insert the 4 casters into bottom ends of the side frames, and make sure the
holes in the caster line up with the holes in the frame. Align and attach the
1” Dia. round cross bars between the side frames at the bottom. Insert the
long hex bolts through the frame and into ends of the cross bars.
Step3
Combine the two parts together and insert short hex bolts into bottom of the
middle 3/4” Dia. round cross bars.
Lift and place the rack upright, check the balance and tighten all bolts to
complete the assembly.
