PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Orifice plate with carrier ring is used for flow measurement of smaller or medium sized pipes at lower pressure. Each assembly consists of one orifice plate and two orifice rings. Pairs of flange tap or corner tap pressure tappings are machined into the orifice carrier block. Differential pressure is taken out from the tapping and is used as a measure of flow. Sangan Sanat range of orifice carrier assemblies covers all standard sizes and ranges, and all common materials. The assembly may also be supplied complete with bolting and gasket kits, if required.

PRESSURE TAPPINGS
Tappings are provided in different forms including but not limited to: two ½” NPT tappings in each flange, socket weld and butt weld pipe nipples.
AVAILABLE DESIGNS
We manufacture orifice plate with carrier ring in three different designs as follows:
- Double ring orifice carrier designed to be mounted between standard pipe flanges.
- Annular chamber type orifice carriers which are a special form of corner tappings.
- Single ring orifice carrier which is a simple, compact orifice carrier, which may be machined in one piece, or be provided with a screwed on plate.
