Installation

Important Installation Information:

• Do not install the searchlight sideways or upside down.
• Do not use your hand or other external force to rotate/tilt the searchlight.
• Mount the searchlight on a clean, flat surface without obstructions in the rotation/tilt range.

Dimensions
The screw holes for installation are 9mm in diameter. Refer to the searchlight footprint in Figure 1 for mounting guidance.

Operation

1. Connect the searchlight to a power source of 12-24 VDC.
2. Use the Wired Control Panel or Handheld Wireless Remote Control to adjust the rotation and tilt speed of the searchlight.
3. Select between Slow or Fast rotation as needed.
4. The LED lamp provides a powerful beam with a maximum intensity of 460,000 candela.

This premium high-power LED Searchlight comes with a Wired Control Panel and Handheld Wireless Remote Control. The speed of rotation and tilt of the headlight can be controlled by a switch (Slow/Fast rotation). The Housing is in white. The Searchlight is powered with 12 VDC or 24 VDC and is equipped with an LED lamp with a maximum of 460.000 candela.

Please note the following important installation instructions:

Operation of the LED Searchlight

Handheld Wireless Remote

On/Off

Reset the Home position after disconnecting from the DC Power
If the LED Searchlight is disconnected from DC Power (wires disconnected from the battery or power supply switched off), make sure after reconnecting DC Power to

1. Turn on the searchlight, using wireless or wired remote control.
2. Make a full 360 rotation, to reset the home position memory.

Handheld wireless remote programming procedure

1. Switch off DC Power or disconnect from the battery.
2. Make sure there is NO other transmitter operating at the same time.
3. Switch on DC Power, within 5 seconds press and hold the Remote up ▲ and down ▼buttons simultaneously.
4. Searchlight will flash to acknowledge the Remote, connection has been made.
5. To program the second Remote (up to 4 remotes may be used with the searchlight, programming a fifth will replace the first), within 5 seconds after the first Remote is programmed, press the second Remote up and down buttons or repeat step 1.
