General Safety Instructions

Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.

  • The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not fit for commercial use. Do not use it outdoors (except if it is designed to be used outdoors). Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
  • When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull on the plug, not the cable) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.

Children and Frail Individuals

  • In order to ensure your children‘s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach. Caution! Do not allow small children to play with the foil as there is a danger of suffocation!
  • This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
  • This device is not a toy. Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.

Special safety Instructions for this Machine

  • Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
    Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

  • Do not use appliance for other than intended purpose.

  • CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.

  • Only operate this machine under supervision.

  • Do not interfere with any safety switches.

  • Do not insert anything into the rotating hooks while the machine is working.

  • Place the machine on a smooth, flat and stable working surface.

Do not insert the mains plug of the machine into the power socket without having installed all the necessary accessories.

Note: Dough hook, Beater, Whisk and mixing bowl are Dishwasher safe.

How to Use Stand Mixer

  1. In order to lift the arm, clockwise rotation the rise knob (2). The arm will now move upwards. (FIG1)

  2. Place the pot cover into its body. (FIG2)

  3. Place the mixing bowl into its holding device (Step①) and turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into place (Step②). (FIG3)

  4. Mount the required utensil (Dough hook or Beater or Whisk )by inserting the top into the output shaft, and turn anti-clockwise until it locks into place. (FIG4&FIG5)

  5. Now fill in your ingredients.
    Do not overfill the machine – the maximum quantity of ingredients is 1.5kg.

  6. Lower the arm using the rise knob (2). (FIG6)

  7. Insert the mains plug into a properly installed AC220-240V~ 50-60Hz safety power socket.

  8. Switch the machine using the speed knob to a speed between 1 and 6 (corresponding to the mixture).

  9. For pulse operation (kneading at short intervals), turn the switch to the “PULSE” position. The switch has to be held in this position according to the desired interval length. When the switch is released it returns automatically to the “0” position.

  10. After kneading/stirring turn the speed knob (3) back to the “0” position as soon as the mixture has formed a ball. Then remove the mains plug.

  11. Push the rise knob (2) downwards and the arm will be raised.

  12. The mixture can now be released with the help of a spatula and removed from the mixing bowl.

  13. The mixing bowl can now be removed.

Adjusting the Levels and Using the Dough Hook for not more than 1.5kg of Mixture

Trouble shooting:

Warm Tips about stop working:

  1. The Vospeed Stand Mixer has a safety protection function that prevents hazards from developing in the event of a fault. If the machine stops automatically during use, please unplug the power, turn the knob to “0”, wait for 20-30 minutes before plugging in. Turn on the power and control the knob to another speed that the machine will work again.
  2. First, you should use 1 speed to stir the flour for about 30 seconds, then 2 speed to stir the flour and water for about 30 seconds, after that use 3 speed to stir the flour for 4 to 5 minutes. Finally, turn the knob to “0” position. It will be overloaded or overheating causes damage when you always quickly use other vigorously speeds.
  3. It is recommended that you use the machine no more than ten minutes each time. With heavy mixtures, do not operate the machine for more than six minutes, and then allow it to cool down fora further ten minutes.

Suggested Recipes

Flax seed bagel
raw materials:30 grams of linseed, 40 grams of water, 250 grams of bread flour, 3 grams of dry yeast, 30 grams of sugar, 3 grams of salt, 10 grams of milk powder, 150 grams of water, 20 grams of butter, 15 grams of egg liquid, Baking pan 1 cake mold.
Method:

  1. Soak 30 grams of flaxseed in 40g water for 12 hours to make the flaxseed absorb enoughwater,
  2. 250 grams of bread flour, 3 grams of dry yeast, 30 grams of white sugar, 3 grams of salt, 10 grams of milk powder, 150 grams of water, Put it into the mixing pot, use the dough hook to knead thedough at levels 1-3, add 20 grams of butter and knead until it is smooth, then knead the soaked flaxseed into the dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment to double the size.
  3. The fermented dough is lightly degassed and divided into 6 portions. After being rounded, it is placed in an environment of about 38°C and left to stand for the final fermentation for 1hour.
  4. After the final fermentation is over, spread the egg liquid on the surface of the bread, put it in the preheated oven, the second to last layer, fire up and down at 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes, remove the mold and put it on the grill to cool.

Toast bread
ingredients: 270g high-gluten flour, 30g low-gluten flour, 1 egg, 3g salt, 55g white sugar, 4g yeast, 80g light cream, 10g milk powder, 90g water.

Ingredients for: 375g high-gluten flour, 180g milk, 35g butter, 30g sugar, 11g milk powder, 4g yeast, 3g edible salt, 1 egg.
Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients, except butter, into the mixing pan, leaving 10 grams of eggs for the final brushing.
  2. Use the dough hook to work 1-3 at levels, knead the dough and add softened butter to continue kneading into a glove film.
  3. Then cover with plastic wrap, and the dough will be fermented to double the size.
  4. After taking it out, squeeze and vent, and then divide into 10 parts and round. Take a portion of the dough and roll it into an oval shape, then roll it up from top to bottom. After rolling, close the mouth downward.
  5. Line the baking tray with greased paper, and then put the rolled bread dough on top. Then ferment in a warm place until it is twice as large as the original.
  6. Brush the egg liquid on the surface, preheat the oven to 160 degrees, and bake the middle layer for 20 minutes, and the surface can be colored.

French bread

ingredients: 250g of high-gluten flour, 50g of low-gluten flour, 150g of water, 10g of sugar, 3g of yeast powder, 1g of edible salt.

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixing pot, use the dough hook to work at 1-3 levels, knead Doughlike.
  2. Then cover with plastic wrap, and the dough will be fermented to double the size.
  3. After taking it out, squeeze and vent, and then divide into 4 parts and round. Take a portion of the dough and roll it into an oval shape, then roll it up from the side. After rolling, close the mouth downward.

  5. Brush the surface with sesame oil, preheat the oven 180 degrees, put the middle layer and bake for 20 minutes, and the surface is ready to be colored.

Original cake

ingredients: 100g cake flour, 5 eggs, 50g edible oil, 80g sugar, a small amount of lemon juice, 55g milk. Method:

  1. Separate egg white and egg yolk, add 20 grams of sugar to the egg yolk to beat the egg cage at6 levels until the sugar is completely melt. Add milk and continue to stir evenly at level10,

  6. Brush a layer of cooking oil into the cake tin. Lead the cake batter into the mold.
  7. Re-enter the oven at 150 degrees, set the upper and lower tube heating mode, set the time to 50 minutes, and bake the golden color.

Chocolate cake

ingredients: 150g egg liquid, 50g pure milk, 40g cocoa powder, 80g white sugar. Method:

Homemade pizza
ingredients: 170g high-gluten flour, 100g water, 1.5g edible salt, 15g sugar, 2g yeast, 15g butter, and some stuffing.

Cleaning

Mixing Bowl, Mixing Equipment

  • Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
  • Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
  • Please apply a small quantity of vegetable oil likely to the screens after they havedried.
  • The components are safe for cleaning in a dishwasher.

Do not dispose of the device in normal domestic waste.
