Register login account

New users need to register an account, click “register account” to enter the registration Interface.

Select your country and enter your account name (mobile phone number or email)

Follow the prompts to register through the verification code.

If you already have an account, you can directly enter the account name and password to log in.

Add a camera

When the camera is powered on. the gimbal will rotate and self-check during startup.

There will be a prompt tone when the startup Is complete (If there is no prompt tone, you can reset and Re-Operate)

Click “Add Device” or click ‘+’ In the upper right comer

Enter the add device method selection interface.

According to the device type, choose the adding method, which is mainly divided into “Wifi connection” and “hotspot connection.

Hotspot connection (no internet connection)

Enter the “Add Device” interface, click “Other connection methods” below.

QR code distribution network

Follow the prompts to enter the WiFi name and password to generate a QR code to scan the network.

Cloud Storage Instructions

Cloud storage is an online online storage method. Prevent theft and destruction of memory cards and cameras, lost important video recordings.

Cloud storage and TF card can double backup video at the same lime. (It Is recommended to open cloud storage)

Choose a package type,

Mainly divided into 7-day and 30-day cycle video recording, then choose annual or monthly subscription, read the terms of service to agree and continue to pay.

The camera is not connected to the network or Is offline.

1. Check whether the power supply and home network broadband are normal.
2. Restart the device and listen to the prompt sound to judge.
3. You can press and hold the key for 6 seconds to reconfigure the network
4. The WiFi password should not contain Chine complex symbols, try to combine letters and numbers as much as possible.

How the camcorder stores video recordings.

The cloud storage service can be activated separately, and the loop recording can be automatically covered according to the number of days of the cloud storage package.
