- In case of safety incidents during charging, such as abnormal sounds or wire short circuits, press the emergency stop button to cut off all power supplies and immediately contact the manufacturer for consultation.
Installation and Setup
This dual-gun AC charging station has an IP54 protection level, so it is
suitable for outdoor use. It can be wall-mounted on solid walls using the
provided mounting bracket. Please note that it is not suitable for
installation on wooden partition walls. Additionally, you can install it on a
column.
Wall Mounting Installation
Step 1: Open the package and take out the charging station mounting bracket
and gun (charging plug) holder. Determine the height on a selected wall for
the main unit of the charging station (recommended height: 1.4m).
Step 2: Use a marker pen to mark the wall through the 4 holes of the bracket.
Position 2 gun holders about 20cm below and mark through the holes of the
holders.
Step 3: Use an impact drill to create 10 holes on the wall at the marked
places. Insert the expansion anchors accordingly and tap them with a hammer
until they are level with the wall.
Step 4: Secure the charging station mounting bracket with 4pcs M4.819mm
screws, fix the gun holder with 6pcs M440mm screws, and tighten all the
screws with a screwdriver.
Step 5: Attach the rear cover of the charging station to the bracket along the
grooves. Secure the bracket and the charging station with one M4*5mm screw
from the top.
Step 6: Wind the charging cable round 2 gun holders and insert the 2 guns into
the holders. Pull them out when needed for use.
Wall Mounting Wiring
The charging station can be wired through either internal wiring within the
enclosure or external wiring from the enclosure. The wiring process is simple:
connect the live wire (L) to the live wire (L), the neutral wire (N) to the
neutral wire (N), and the earth wire (PE) to the earth wire (PE), ensuring
correct alignment. Secure the connections using screws at the designated
wiring points or terminal blocks.
Charging Station Maintenance
In normal operating conditions, this device operates within its designed lifespan without requiring specific maintenance. However, as it can be mounted outdoors, it is recommended to clean the internal surfaces every 3-4 months to prevent potential short circuits caused by dust accumulation.
Storage Instructions and Tips
Storage
If the product is not used immediately after purchase, and requires short-term
or long-term storage, it should be kept in a dry and well-ventilated indoor
area. Avoid storing it in environments with high temperatures, humidity, dust,
or metal powder.
Tips
Before using the charging station, please engage the handbrake in your
vehicle.
After using the charging station, please replace the charging gun to its fixed
position.

Issues and Explanations
-
Line Problem
a. The power cable for a single charging station should be a minimum of 3*10 square millimeters, and its length must not exceed 40 meters. If the cable needs to be longer than 40 meters, please use a 15 square millimeters cable.
b. For 14kW equipment, use at least a C63 2P switch. -
Charging Initiated but No Current is Drawn
It is possible that the vehicle’s S2 switch is not closed. Please wait for the S2 switch to close. If it remains unclosed for a long time, attempt to power on the vehicle without ignition and check. -
Over-voltage and Under-voltage
If the equipment’s light strip flashes yellow for 4 seconds, it may indicate over-voltage or under-voltage. Please check the wiring. Start the charging station, then use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the equipment’s entry point and the voltage at the distribution box’s entry point. -
Leakage Alarm
If the equipment’s light strip flashes yellow for 2 seconds, it could be due to vehicle leakage or loose screws at the equipment’s wiring entry point. First, check if the equipment’s wiring entry point is securely fastened. If it’s tightened and the issue persists, try charging with a different vehicle to test.
Note: If any abnormalities persist during usage, please consult the “Troubleshooting” section. If a specific issue cannot be resolved, cut off the power supply to the charging station and contact our customer service center.
