Product Usage Instructions

Loose Grease Filling

  1. Unscrew the chamber from the head part.
  2. Dip the chamber into the grease. Pull back the piston against the spring mechanism while pressing the chamber deeper into the grease. Filling is complete when the piston reaches the stop.
  3. Clean off any excess grease from the chamber.
  4. Reassemble the chamber with the grease in it with the head part.
  5. Press the release tap to allow the spring mechanism to push the piston forward.
  6. Actuate the pump lever multiple times to expel trapped air out of the nozzle tube connection.
  7. Screw on the nozzle tube and mouthpiece.

Cartridge Filling

  1. Unscrew the chamber from the head part.
  2. Pull back the piston against the spring mechanism. Insert the cartridge into the chamber.
  3. Reassemble the chamber with the cartridge in it with the head part.
  4. Press the release tap to allow the spring mechanism to push the piston forward.
  5. Actuate the pump lever multiple times to expel trapped air out of the nozzle tube connection.
  6. Screw on the nozzle tube and mouthpiece.

  • This one-hand grease gun is suited to be filled with 400g cartridges (220 mm) or loose grease.

  • The grease gun is low maintenance unit in general. Because of the operator obligations have to be regularly checked parts like head unit, screw joints, lever, hoses, nozzle, etc to avoid environmental or property damage and to avoid persons being hurt.

LOOSE GREASE FILLING

  1. Unscrew the chamber from the head part.
  2. Dip the chamber into the grease.
    • Pull back the piston against the spring mechanism while pressing the chamber deeper into the grease.
    • Filling will be completed as soon as the piston has been pulled back all the way to the stop.
    • Pull the chamber out of the grease and clean off any grease sticking to its outside.
  3. Reassemble the chamber with the grease in it with the head part.
  4. Press the release tap.
    • The spring mechanism will push the piston forward.
    • Actuate the pump lever a few times in order to press the air trapped inside the grease gun out of the nozzle tube connection.
    • Screw the nozzle tube and mouthpiece to the grease gun.

CARTRIDGE FILLING

  1. Unscrew the chamber from the head part.
  2. Pull back the piston against the spring mechanism. Insert the cartridge into the chamber.
  3. Reassemble the chamber with the cartridge in it with the head
  4. Press the release tap.
    The spring mechanism will push the piston forward. Actuate the pump lever a few times in order to press the air trapped inside the grease gun out of the nozzle tube connection. Screw the nozzle tube and mouthpiece to the grease gun.
