Production Progress Form

Step 1 N/C
Numerical control, needs to make sure each working parts surface without breakage, cracking, accidented defectives. Working piece should be match with the CY506030 drawings without errors. The connection points and press wasted material should clean well, make sure the working parts fully clean and beauty.
Step 2 Bend
Bending working parts and CY506030 drawing angles should be in ± 2° error margin, size should be in ±0. 2mm error margin. Do not accept working parts cracking or broken in the bending production progress.

Install the net board 195mm/7.7in Two per model

Step 3 Punch
Make sure the working parts smooth & tight in pressing rivet. Do not accept working parts with accidented and loose. Tapping should be assure the depth of thread form. Do not accept screw loose or some other defectives.
Step 4 Weld
Make sure the welding parts between the CY506030 drawings in ±0.5mm error margin, points of weld size well-distributed. Do not accept points of weld loose off, untight, crack or any other defectives.

Install the net board 100mm/3.9in One per model

Step 5 Polish
Adopt 120CW emery paper for polish progress, reject the welding points & welding slags which affect the product beauty or completion. Do not accept the unevenness polish product.
Step 6 Spray
Make sure the working parts pickling and leaching before spray, this is an important working step which will helps working parts anti-rust. Spray powder should be smooth and creamy without impurities. Heavy powder, non-uniform thickness is rejected. The surface of sprayed part should be smooth, creamy and no scratches.

Step 7 Assemble
In assembling, make sure each screws tight and sturdy. Screw loose or other defectives is not accepted. Make sure the working parts are completely and without any damage or scratches on surface. Carefully checking all the accessories are completely during packing (packing accessories and details refer to the packing production sheet).
