Whistle Effect for Exhaust Pipes

FEATURES

Easy-fitting on the vehicle’s muffler,it reproduces the sound of a turbo-engine car.
Aluminum body, very strong and light.

INSTALLATION

OPTION 1:
Basic fitting (with just 1 bolt), only for inner bevel mufflers.

Remove Bolt 1 from the stand.
Place the whistler inside the pipe (Fig 2) and fix it by screwing the bolt 2.

OPTION 2:
(recommended) Double fitting (2 bolts), suitable for almost the whole range of mufflers.

Remove Bolt 1 from the stand.
Place TURBO-SOUND on the bottom of the pipe (fig 1) and fix it temporarily by using Bolt 2.
Mark the place for the hole of Bolt 1 with a punch, then remove TURBO-SOUND.
Drill a Ø 6.5mm hole in the point previously marked.
Place TURBO-SOUND inside the pipe, and screw Bolt 1 (Fig.2).
Make sure that the Rock nut is secured.
Tighten first bolt 2, then the rock nut (fig.2) to prevent loosening due to vibrations.

NOTES:

TURBO-SOUND is not suitable for extremely curved pipes. If curvature is minor the fitting bracket may be slightly curved to match the tail pipe.
Not suitable for pipes having smaller or bigger diameters than the ones specified on the front.
For tail pipes with deflected outlet, it might be necessary to modify slightly the shape to allow installation.
Before the purchase and installation, make sure that the interior of the tailpipe is suitable and sufficiently long (11-12 cm) to contain the Turbo-Sound device.
Periodically (after 500-1000 km) check and re-tighten the bolt and rock nut
