BRUSH HEAD ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY
- Hold the scrubber with one hand and snap on the desired brush head.
- To remove the brush head, simply pull it out vertically.
Note
- Due to shipping requirements, the scrubber will ship with a low battery level. Please fully charge it before the first use.
- The time it takes to clean an area depends on how dirty it is. Applying extra pressure to the brush when cleaning stubborn stains can help save time.
FAQS
- How do I clean tough spots?
- Before using the spin scrubber to clean, soak the stains with a cleaning solution for 5-10 minutes. Do not use strong acids to soak the brush head.
- Why does the brush head stop rotating when in use?
- When excessive force is applied to the brush head, it will automatically stop spinning. Do not apply excessive force to the spinning brush, or it may malfunction or break. Properly align the scrubber to the dirty area for better cleaning.
- How do I clean the scrubber?
- Remove the brush head and rinse it with water. For a more thorough clean, apply a mild chemical cleaner. The rest of the product (except the brush head) can be wiped with a damp towel. Do not submerge the product (except the brush head) or rinse it in water for a long time, doing so may damage the product.
- What if the product stops working?
- Low battery levels: Please charge the scrubber and try again. Make sure all its joint connections are tight and secure.
- If the red indicator flashes for 30 seconds and then stops, you may be pressing too hard on the brush. The brush’s protection system will automatically stop it from spinning when too much pressure is applied. Press the Power Button once or twice to restart the device.
- If the problem persists, please contact HiCOZY Customer Support.
- The red indicator will not illuminate while charging:
- Ensure the charging cable and charging port are securely connected.
- Ensure the outlet/socket is functional.

BRUSH MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
Rinse out residue from the brush bristles between each use. For a more thorough cleaning, wash with mild cleaning detergents (e.g. dish soap) and warm water. Leave the brushes out to dry.
Handle with care
- Washing surfaces with too much force can distort or damage the brush, weakening its cleaning capabilities and shortening its service life. Make sure to not use too much pressure while scrub-bing surfaces.
- If the brush bristles appear deformed, use warm water (86 ℉ [30 ℃]) to heat and manually straighten the bristles.
Avoid heat and chemicals
Do not expose the brushes to extreme heat, as this may damage or melt the bristles. Keep this product away from strong chemicals (e.g. strong acids) as they can also damage the product.
Replace regularly
- Although the brushes are durable, it is important to replace them regularly.
- We recommend replacing brushes if they appear worn out, damaged, or hardened.
- We recommend replacing the brushes every 3 to 6 months, depending on the frequency of use and the degree of wear.
Storage
Always store the brushes in a dry, ventilated area. Keep the bristles upright to maintain their shape.

BATHROOM BRUSH USES
- Glass
- Countertops
- Shower Faucets
- Tiles/Walls
- Furniture Surfaces
- Chrome-Plated Faucets
- Bathtubs
- Sinks
- Mirrors
- Toilets
Tips
- Brushes can clean the surface of ceramic and chrome tiles, but they cannot clean the grout crevices between tiles.
- Use a chenille cloth, cleaning cloth, or sponge to clean glass-like surfaces. Using plastic bristles may scratch the surface.
KITCHEN BRUSH USES
- Kitchen Counters
- Furniture Surfaces
- Home Appliance Surfaces
- Sinks
- Stovetops
Tips
- Appliances’ brushed metal surfaces are easily scratched. We recommend using a chenille cloth or cleaning cloth to avoid this.
- For stubborn kitchen stains, we recommend soaking them with grease cleaner for 5-10 minutes before cleaning them. Lower the gear to avoid splashing.
VEHICLE BRUSH USES
- Car Windows/Bodies
- Wheel Hubs
Tips
- While the scrubber is great for cleaning vehicle exteriors, avoid using plastic brushes on lacquered surfaces. Doing so may cause irreparable scratches.
- Do not use the brushes to clean car interiors. The scrubber is not designed to remove stubborn dirt and mud from car floor mats. We recommend using a high-pressure washer.
