Setup & Usage Instructions

  1. Slide the laminator out of the box.
  2. Select the thickness of the laminating pouch using the slider (75, 100, 125 microns).
  3. Ensure the laminator is on a stable surface and plug it in.
  4. Insert the document you wish to laminate into the appropriate size pouch.
  5. Feed the closed edge of the pouch into the laminator first.
  6. Wait for the laminator to process the document.
  7. Adjust the pouch thickness setting if needed and insert the next pouch.

Please read and keep these important safety instructions

  • Only use the unit for its intended purpose.
  • Do not touch the heating plate of this unit as it may be hot.
  • The unit must only be connected to a supply voltage corresponding to the electrical rating shown on the unit.
  • The unit should be connected to a socket outlet near the equipment that is easily accessible.
  • Do not connect to multi adaptors or use with an extension cable.
  • Failure to follow these instructions could result in damage/injury and will invalidate your guarantee.
  • Do not attempt to service or repair the unit yourself.
  • In the event of a fault, unplug the unit and contact an authorized GBC service representative for any required repairs.
  • Do not use this unit if the cable or plug has been damaged.

Cleaning

  • Only use GBC cleaning cards to clean the rollers. Order code: EK 50000.

  • Only use the laminator in indoor areas.
  • The laminator complies with protection class II:
  • The laminator is equipped with dual protective insulation and therefore contains no touchable metallic parts, which could conduct voltage in the event of a fault.

  • At the end of its useful life, your product is considered to be WEEE. As such, it is to be collected separately and recycled, reused, and recovered.

Guarantee

  • Operation of this machine is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase, subject to normal use. ACCO Brands Europe will at its discretion either repair or replace the defective machine free of charge.
