Ensure the end of the tape is correctly threaded through the tape guide.

- A : Ensure that the tape cartridge is correctly installed with full contact with the base. Remove any jammed tape carefully.

- A : If you notice a loose ink ribbon, wind the spool in the direction indicated by the arrow in the figure provided in the manual.

- If not, please feed the end of the tape under the tape guide as shown in the following figure.
Do not install the tape cartridge when the ink cartridge is loose If the ink ribbon is loose, please use your fingers to wind the spool in the direction indicated by the arrow in the figure below. Please make sure to wind the spool in the correct direction.
Is the underside of the tape cassette completely in contact with the base of the compartment?
- If the tape cartridge is not installed correctly, the laminated tape may be misaligned, or the tape may get stuck in the printer. When installing a tape cassette, ensure that the entire underside of the tape cassette, especially the part near the tape outlet, is in contact with the base.
Ensure that the end of the tape passes through the tape exit slot of the label maker machine during installation.
