INSTALLATION NOTE
Make sure that the display is firmly screwed to the mounting bracket to prevent the display from falling down during the rotation process. Otherwise serious injury or damage to the products may result.
Note: Make sure that the display used and any connected accessories do not exceed the maximum load of 50 kg.
STEP 1 I MOUNTING THE CHASSIS
Screw the open end of the column with 4 hexagon socket screws (M8x25) to the rolling frame. Make sure that the side of the column with the display holder is mounted in the direction of the wide side of the roller frame.
STEP 2 I MOUNTING THE SWIVEL HEAD
Slightly loosen the 8 screws on the swivel head (4 per side) so that the swivel head is released from the column. Be sure to hold the swivel head while loosening the screws and slide it to the desired position.
We recommend pushing the swivel head upwards as far as possible in order to achieve an ergonomically favourable working position. Then tighten the 8 screws again. Make sure that the display holder is parallel to the column.
Now turn the head plate 90° clockwise until the horizontal position is reached.
STEP 3 I MOUNTING DISPLAY
Screw 2 M8x40 (Samsung Flip 55“ and 65“) screws into the upper VESA threaded holes of the Flip. Screw in the screws only so far, that a gap of approx. 5 mm remains between the screw head and the display.
Now hang the display on the stand using the screws. For this it is important that you did not fully tighten the screws in the previous step. Carry out this step with two people.
Now screw the other two M8x40 screws into the lower VESA threaded holes and tighten all 4 screws.
The assembly is now complete.
STEP 4 I WIRING DISPLAY
Guide the cables on the back through the guide in the column. Make sure that you leave enough cable slack at the display to have enough cable available when rotating the display. Then fix the cable with the to the column with the clips included in the delivery.
The height of these clips can be selected to suit.
You should always have all 4 screws tightened on the display. Never turn the display if all 4 screws are not tightened, otherwise there is a risk of personal injury and damage to property.
Make sure that no one has their hands or other parts of their body in the area of the rotary head when you turn the display.
