INSTALLATION

STEP 1: FRAME ASSEMBLY

  1. ATTENTION: This step is only necessary if (A) is divided. Otherwise, please continue with the next step. Abb. 1
Place the horizontal frame parts (A) with the flat side on the floor. Place a clean and soft cloth under the frame parts to avoid scratches on the surface. The two vertically cut sides should face each other. Place a connecting element (H) in a frame part according to figure 1. Make sure that the holes are aligned. Now screw the connecting element (H) in place with two screws (J). Once this is fastened, push the element into the other frame part (A) and make sure that the holes are aligned. Now screw the connecting element (H) in place with two screws (J).

  2. Repeat this step once more with the other components, This step is completed when you have two assembled horizontal frame parts.
For screens with a picture width of up to 250cm = 0x (G) per frame part.
For screens with a picture width up to 300cm = 1x (G) per frame part For screens with a picture width of 350cm = 2x (G) per frame part
For screens with a picture width of 400cm = 3x (G) per frame part

  3. Place all four frame parts 2x (A) and 2x (B) into the final position on the floor (Fig. 3).

  4. Insert one metal corner (E) into each end of the horizontal frame (A) (Fig. 4).

  5. Slide the vertical frame parts (B) onto the corners (Fig. 5).

  6. Slide the lower horizontal frame sec-tion (A) onto the vertical frame parts (B) (Fig. 6).

  7. Once all frame parts are inserted into each other, each corner is fixed with 4x screws (J) (Fig. 7). When tightening, make sure that the corners are exact-ly at 90° to each other, Only then should you tighten the screws.

  8. ATTENTION: This step is only required if the support strut (L) is included in the box. Otherwise please continue with the next step.
Align the slip threads (G) and the supporting braces according to Fig. 8 depending on the number of support struts (L) supplied. 1x Support strut (L) included in delivery 2x Support strut (L) included in delivery 3x Support strut (L) included in delivery

  9. Screw the support strut(s) (L) and the wall suspension (I) to the slip threads (G) with the screws (J).

STEP 2: FABRIC ATTACHMENT

  1. Place the projection surface with the projection side down on a clean surface.
Make sure that the surface and the background are not dirty. Carefully po- sition the frame.
with the fl at side down in the centre of the projection screen surface. If there is an ultrasonic weld in the viewing area of the projection screen surface, please mount the projection screen surface in such a way that this seam is in the upper portion of the screen.

  2. Now fi x the projection screen surface in place with the pre-assembled Velcro strips to the frame. Proceed as follows:
Start on a horizontal side and pull the projection screen with the Velcro strip to the back of the frame. Make sure that the frame is square and the projection screen surface reaches the corners (Fig. 11).
Now carry out these steps on the opposite side and try to stretch the projection screen fabric as far as possible while you fi x it with the Velcro strips.

Now place the corner strip with sufficient tension on the narrow side of the frame (Fig. 12) and fi x the vertical side of the projection screen fabric to the aluminum frame with the Velcro strips. Repeat the step on the opposite side and stretch the projection screen surface as tightly as possible. (Fig. 13).Depending on the weather, the fabric can be hard to correctly tension. In cold weather, it is advisable to store the fabric in a warm room for 24 hours before installation, so that it becomes more fl exible and can be securely mounted. The fabrics are cut precisely by laser and fi t exactly on the frame.
The fabric is correctly fi xed on the frame when the 4 corners lie exactly as shown in fi gs. 12 and 13, the fl ap is folded neatly over and the short side of the fabric covers it.

The fabric must be corrected in the Velcro area until it is absolutely fl at over the entire surface. To do this, the fabric must be pulled around the frame slightly until it is done in such a way that there are no more creases on the surface.

If the fabric is correctly tensioned, the Velcro area of the fabric covers exactly the Velcro area on the frame, or the surface is completely fl at and the corners of the fabric lie exactly on the corners of the frame.

STEP 3: WALL MOUNTING

  1. Mount two wall brackets (I) per horizontal frame part (A). Make sure that the brackets are evenly distributed along the length (as shown in Fig. 14) and are opposite each other.
  2. Measure the distance H and L (acc. to fig. 10) and transfer this onto the wall (Fig. 15).
  3. Mount the mounting bracket (C) with the self-tapping screws (F) and the plastic dowels (K) in a load-bearing surface. Please use suitable mounting ma-terial for your surface.
  4. Hang the screen on the mounting brackets according to Fig. 16.
    The assembly is now complete.
