Product Usage Instructions:
Assembly and Installation:
- Attach your preferred H3R Performance bracket to the JLU mount using the supplied fasteners.
- Use a T25 Torx bit to remove the factory screw that attaches the plastic molding to the roll bar.
- Thread the supplied self-tapping screw into the factory hole in the roll bar using a hammer drill and a 9/16 socket. Do not drill at an angle.
- Do not thread the self-tapping screw all the way into the roll bar. Stop once resistance is felt – about 3/16 inch from contact with the roll bar.
- Remove the self-tapping screw, position the JLU mount so that the top hole aligns with the factory roll bar hole.
- Re-insert the self-tapping screw along with the supplied split washer. Consider using thread-locking fluid for a secure fit.

Installation
- Attach your preferred H3R Performance bracket to the JLU mount using the four (4) supplied fasteners (#4, #5, #6, #7)
- Use a T25 Torx bit (not included) to remove the factory screw that attaches the plastic molding to the roll bar.
- Thread the supplied, 3/8”-16 self-tapping screw (#2) into the factory hole in the roll bar using a hammer drill and a 9/16” socket (not included), being careful not to drill at an angle. IMPORTANT! Do not thread the self-tapping screw all the way into the roll bar. Stop once resistance is felt – about 3/16 inch from contact with the roll bar.
- Remove the 3/8”-16 self-tapping screw, and position the JLU mount (#1) so that the top hole of the mount aligns with the factory roll bar hole.
- Re-insert the 3/8”-16 self-tapping screw along with the supplied split washer. Consider using a thread-locking fluid (not included) to achieve the most secure fit.
Limited Warranty
H3R Performance, Inc. (“H3R”) warrants this product for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship. During the warranty period any such defects will be repaired or the defective mount replaced. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from modification, alteration, misuse, exposure to corrosive conditions or improper installation or maintenance. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED TO THE TIME PERIODS STATED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL H3R BE LIABLE TO INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. H3R neither assumes nor authorizes any representative or other person to assume for it, any obligation or liability other than as expressly set forth herein.
