Warning

• Electric vehicles and appliances are strictly forbidden to enter water parts, especially controllers. Users should pay attention when cleaning vehicles. Speed up slowly when the vehicle starts.
• Charge a 60V vehicle when its power level shows 53V (or a 72V vehicle when its power level shows 63V); Otherwise, it will do a lot of damage to the accumulator. Car charging plug should not be touched by hand, otherwise it may cause injury to human body.

Inspection before driving
Before each driving, the vehicle shall be subject to a routine inspection to ensure good performance and safe driving.

Power display
Turn the ignition switch and watch the power indicator position. When it is close to the red mark position, the vehicle should be charged.

Driving precautions
When turning the steering wheel, it is not allowed to turn the steering wheel too hard or turn sharply. Do not turn the steering wheel after the vehicle stops, When driving on uneven roads, hold the steering wheel tightly with both hands; To prevent accidents due to uncontrolled steering.

Adjustable seat (Figure 2)

1. Pull up the seat front and rear adjustment handle to adjust the seat front and rear position.

Ignition switch (Figure 3)

1. Open (ON) -switch twist to this position, can turn on the power supply,at this time, the car key can not be pulled out.
2. Turn off (OFF) -When the switch turns to this position, the power supply will turn off, turn the handle tube left to the extreme position and slightly from left to right. At the same time, twist the key switch to the (OF) position, then the lock core automatically locks the direction column, and the handle tube will be unable to rotate, which can play an anti-theft role.

Multimedia Use Guide (Figure 5)

Parking handbrake (Figure 6)

Power-off switch (Figure 7)

1. When the power-off switch is pressed down, the power switch has been closed and the car can be operated;

The lock will open when the button 1, and the vehicle will open when the button 2;

Charging interface (Figure 9)

1. When the instrument shows a low power level, the user needs to charge, open the flip cover of the charging port, and insert the external power supply into the charging port for charging;
2. The charging interface is only used for charging, and the power-on test drive is strictly prohibited;
3. Please forbid children to touch the positive and negative electrode interface with metal or hand to prevent electrical short circuit or skin burn；

Charger (Figure 10)

1. The charger with the stable quality and the matching model should be used for charging. The charger should have the protection functions such as overcharge, overcurrent and overpressure.
2. When the charge is less than 80%, the red indicator will be on, and when the charge is 100%The green light is always on, which means that the power supply is fully charged.

Charging precautions：

1. The new car battery is not full state, the user needs to charge after driving, and charging should pull off the key to pull the handbrake.
2. Each charging time is strictly prohibited to exceed 12 hours, the vehicle should be charged once a month when in use.
3. It is strictly prohibited to use a non-national standard charger to charge the vehicle. When charging, the charger should be placed in a well-ventilated position. It is strictly prohibited to charge in stacked debris or flammable and explosive places.
4. It is strictly prohibited to charge indoors. Store the vehicle in an outdoor or open place when charging. No sundries or inflammable and explosive items are allowed around.
5. The ambient temperature when the battery is charged is appropriate to 1030 C, and maintains good ventilation.
6. Never use the charger on other vehicles to charge the whole vehicle. (7) Do not charge vehicles in wet rain areas.

Driving operation：

Parking operation

• If the tyre pressure is not the standard, it will make the tyre surface by too much wear and may lead to an accident. Too low tyre pressure will cause the tyre to slip around or take off the wheel rim; The use of very worn tires is very dangerous, which will affect the adhesion between the tire and the road surface, resulting in driving difficulties and even accidents;

Maintenance and maintenance

The maintenance period is based on the mileage, which is the guiding basis for the implementation of regular maintenance and lubrication. If it is driving at high speed for a long time under harsh conditions, the number of maintenance must be increased. If the electric vehicle has been overhauled or collided, it must carefully check the main parts of the electric vehicle and repair or replace the misplaced or damaged parts to ensure the safety of the vehicle.

Maintenance method (Figure 18)

• The rear axle gear oil should be replaced when the vehicle travels every 2,000 km.
• Open bolt 1 out of gear oil and tighten bolt 1, open bolt 2 to inject gear oil (85W / 90GL-4) about 150 mL, and then tighten bolt 2 after refuelling.

Note: To ensure the safety and reliability of electric vehicles, electric vehicles are not allowed to be modified. When repair or maintenance, replace our original parts or similar parts of equal quality. If other poor quality parts are used, it will affect the performance of the electric vehicles and the operation of the function；

Attention

1. If the car is parked for more than a month or stopped during the winter, it is necessary to do a good job of maintenance to prevent tyres and batteries Such as deterioration, aging and corrosion;
2. In addition, before preparing for storage, some maintenance work needs to be carried out, otherwise it is often forgotten when using the electric vehicle again.
• Replace the rear axle gear oil. Cover the vehicle cover. When using the electric vehicle from the storage: Take the vehicle cover and clean the vehicle. If the storage time has been more than 4 months, the axle gear oil should be replaced.
• Charge immediately if necessary and then pack the battery. Before driving, all parts should be checked, and first test drive the electric vehicle for some time in unbusy traffic areas to ensure safety.
