- This mop head is only used as a vacuum cleaner accessory. The suction power during use mainly depends on the Dyson host product. You can choose to adjust the Dyson host gear to improve the efficiency of accessories.
- If you don’t want water to come out of the mop head when using this accessory: Remove the clean water tank.
- Recommended effective cleaning process: first remove the water tank and use the mop head to dry mop the floor; then install the clean water tank and perform wet mopping.
- It is recommended to replace the brush head if sewage continues to remain on the roller brush. There is a gift brush head adding in the packaging.

Note during the use of the whole machine
- When stationary, the scrubber is erect. Before using, tilt the host while making sure that the scrubber’s bottom is close to the ground and does not bend. The host shouldn’t be overbent.
- After use, empty the sewage from the sewage tank before you elevate the floor brush to change positions. This will prevent sewage from spilling outside.
- Irregularities in the usage of the product or if you are unsure how to proceed, please stop using right away, study the troubleshooting instructions, or speak with the vendor.
- If the water level valve is inactive when the water level in the sewage tank reaches the MAX water level line, the sewage tank should be promptly drained.
- After using the floor scrubber, avoid rinsing the brush’s surface with water directly, make sure the cleaning cloth is completely dry before using it, and avoid getting water within the machine’s electrical components. Please clean the sewage tank as soon as possible; if left uncleaned for an extended period of time, it will begin to smell.
- When the sewage tank is full, scrub it by floating it on the “FUII” water level valve. At this point the air entrance is blocked, reminding you that the sewage tank has to be cleaned. Please use small tools to immediately clean the wall of the sewage tank if it is discovered to have obstinate filth.
- If the water spray hole of the floor brush head does not spray water during use, please use a brush tool to clean the dirty parts of the water spray part before use.
- Automatic protection mechanism – During use, if the angle between the floor brush and the main unit is close to 90° or upright, the floor brush protection switch will be triggered, and the roller brush motor will switch to the disconnected state and stop working.
