Care Instructions
To maintain optimum heat radiation, the towel warmer must be cleaned regularly. Before cleaning, make sure you unplug the unit. Clean the towel warmer with a sponge, water, and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaners, steel wool, nylon brushes, acetone, dry cleaning products, or ammonia compounds. Use a dry cloth to wipe the towel warmer and do not plug it back in until completely dry.

Warranty Information

DEKO offers a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for all DEKO towel warmers. The warranty applies to residential and/or domestic use and is exclusive to the first buyer as long as they reside in the same property.

What is covered by the warranty:

• Towel warmers – 1 year: Finishing/color against any manufacturing defect.
• Towel warmers – 2 years: Heating system against any manufacturing defect.

Exclusions from the warranty:

• The warranty does not apply if the towel warmer is damaged as a result of misuse, overuse, non-residential use, neglect, lack of maintenance, or the use of corrosive or abrasive products.
• The warranty does not cover shipping and labor costs.
• The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the goods.

• What tools are required for installation?
  You will need an 8mm wrench/spanner for installation.

• Can I use abrasive cleaners to clean the towel warmer?
  No, abrasive cleaners should not be used. Clean the towel warmer with a sponge, water, and mild detergent.

• What is covered by the warranty?
  The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the finishing/color for 1 year and defects in the heating system for 2 years from the date of purchase.  Does the warranty cover labor costs?  No, the warranty does not cover labor costs.

Operation and maintenance instruction

• After installation, connect the electric power and turn on the switch. The indicator light will show red and the towel warmer will start to heat.
• Turn off the switch when the towel warmer is not in use. The indicator light will turn dark and the towel warmer will stop working

• Clean the towel warmer with a soft dry towel.
• This unit has been designed to run continuously.

What are the exclusions?

• This warranty is applicable on all DEKO products purchased on or after January 15, 2021.
• The warranty doesn’t apply if the towel warmer is damaged as a result of misuse, overuse or non-residential use, neglect, lack of maintenance, or the use of corrosive or abrasive products, regardless of the person who did those damages.
• The warranty does not cover shipping and labour costs. Thewarranty does not apply to the normal tear and wear of the goods.
• The warranty doesn’t cover the damages caused by the acts of God or breakage resulting from a shock or mishandling, regardless of the part played by the buyer or the installer. It also excludes the damages caused by an improper installation.
• DEKO does not cover damage to property caused by a water leak, except where the applicable legislation does not allow any exclusion or limitation following indirect or consequential damages.
• It is fair to say that if the towel warmer has a manufacturing defect, the odds are higher that it will show as soon as it is installed or shortly after.
• Therefore, it is strongly advised to have it done by a professional.
• All warranty claims must include the invoice copy.
• Should a part or product component be defective or the finish damaged following a normal domestic and residential use, DEKO commits to replacing the defective parts) to the first buyer only. DEKO could also, in its sole discretion, commit to offer a full replacement. No indemnity shall be claimed for loss of enjoyment of life, loss of income or any other loss caused by the towel warmer.
