Baldwin Filters CA30103 Channel Flow EXO Air Elements Instruction Manual
Installation Instructions for CA30103 and CA30104
Baldwin Filters recently introduced the CA30103 and CA30104 Channel Flow EXO
air elements. When installing the CA30103 or CA30104 element in the housing,
the element may appear to be installed properly.
However, it is important that you follow the steps below to guarantee the
element is in the correct position and the housing lid is attached and sealed
properly.
Following the Steps Below:
- enTsoure proper installation, push down on the inlet side of the element.
- Next, push down on the opposite side of the element until you hear the element snap into
- Attach the housing lid and tighten all bolts. (Lid should be tightened to torque on lid)
PLEASE NOTE:
If the element is not secured correctly, the housing lid will not close properly
