Introduction
The BURGprotect_NOISE is a noise detection device that helps you monitor sound levels in your surroundings. It is designed to provide you with an alert when the noise exceeds a certain threshold.

Features

The wireless alarm siren is an accessory of BURGprotect smart alarm system. It will sound with strobe light flashing to stop crime when working. It’s easy to setup and works with an internal microprocessor, anti-tamper function, 80dB siren and up to 18 month standby with 3x LR6 batteries.

LED Indication

Light and tone settings can be adjusted according to your preferences in the app. Users can determine to beeps or be silent when system alarm mode (ARM /DISARM / HOME ARM) changes.
Users can also set up the LED indicator to stay lighting, keep blinking, or just a flash when system alarm mode changes. Other settings like siren time, indicating volume and alarm volume can be set up in App too.

  • The real transmission distance can be different, pending on local scenario.

Pairing Device with BURGprotect BASE

  1. Start App.

  2. Expand menu “Dashboard Add Accessory”→> Scan QR Code”

  3. Scan the QR code, printed on thisaccessory.

  4. The APP will auto recognize this accessoryand add it to your list. Rename it with aperspicuous name, which says you theexact location of the sensor in case ofalarm, e.g. “Front door”

  5. Test Alarm function e.g. by triggeringan SOS alarm.

Instructions

Anti-tamper function
The siren will immediately alarm when someone tries to remove illegally.

Reset
Press the Reset button and keep hold tor 10 sec.

Light and sound setup

can be adjusted in App
Dashboard – Settings – Device manager ->Alarm – Wireless Sirene -> ‘Device’

Battery status
Device will show note in App when battery power is low.

Installation & Notice

  • Move ON/OFF switch to ON position.
  • Pair device with BURGprotect BASEas descripted “Pairing Device withBURGprotect Base”
  • When Pairing was succeed and tested,mount the device to your favorite
  • Avoid installing the device in area with a large amount of metal or electric wire.
  • Finally do a test after installation e.g. by activate SOS.
  • For installation use the delivered screws and bolds and mount them with an pitch of 70 mm.

Correct location for installation

  • The radio signal of the device is highlydependent on environmental conditions.
  • Metal objects, concrete surfaces, walls, and metal cables all reduce its range, etc. Other radio devices and environmental conditions can also interfere with its operation.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: The alarm can only work as well as permitted by its
  • installation and environment. The alarm can indicate dangerous situations but it cannot prevent them.
  • The device must not be painted, varnished or altered in any way.

Cleaning

Use only a damp cloth for cleaning. Ensure that no water enters the device. Do not use any readily inflammable, chemical, corrosive, abrasive or sharp cleaning materials.

Guarantee

  • BURG-WÄCHTER products comply with the technical standards in force at the time of production and adhere to our own quality
  • The guarantee only covers defects that canbe proved to have resulted from production or material defects at the time of purchase.
  • The guarantee expires after two years; further claims are excluded.
  • A short description of any defects identified must be made in writing and the device returned to the place it was bought, together
  • with the original packaging. After the device has been tested, and within an appropriate period of time, the guarantor will decide whether or not to repair or exchange the

Any defects or damage which may have resulted from transport, inappropriate or improper use, wear and tear etc. are not included in the guarantee.

The battery is not included in the guarantee.
