Operating Configuration
The SPC-100 has several operating configurations that can be accessed through the control buttons:

  • UP KEY : Move up and increase value

  • DOWN KEY : Move down and decrease value

  • MENU KEY : Enter configuration mode

  • ENTER KEY : Confirm selection/enter configuration

  • Configuration Mode
    The configuration mode allows you to access different settings on the SPC-100. To enter configuration mode, click the MENU button.

  • Sensor Display Settings
    The sensor display settings allow you to configure the particle size range displayed on the initial screen. To enter sensor display settings, click the ENTER button when in configuration mode.

  • Equipment Settings
    The equipment settings allow you to configure various options related to the equipment. This includes language settings, equipment ID, baud rate, and temperature unit. To enter equipment settings, click the ENTER button when in configuration mode.

  • Sensor Alarm Settings
    The sensor alarm settings allow you to set alarms for each particle size range. This includes upper and lower limits for each size range. To enter sensor alarm settings, click the ENTER button when in configuration mode.

  • Wi-Fi Settings
    The Wi-Fi settings are required for Wi-Fi communication. This includes configuring the AP IP addresses. To enter Wi-Fi settings, click the ENTER button when in configuration mode.

Products handling precaution

  • Some measurement errors may occur depending on the usage environment and usage method.
