Precautions

1. The installation environment
   When installing the unit, in order to ensure the normal cooling of the host, should avoid the poor ventilation of the place or high temperature environment, to avoid direct sunlight. Recommend to install cabinet or other well-ventilated place indoor. If you use the machine in the outdoors, please pay attention to waterproof, moisture, lightning protection measures. Avoid installing in a violent place of vibration; do not place other equipment on the machine.

Operating Instructions

Interface description:

The sidebar is divided into left and right sidebars. Click the icon floating on the left/right side of the screen to call up the sidebar. The expanded functional buttons are Back, Home, Task, Annotation, Signal source, and Notification. When the sidebar is expanded, it will be hidden automatically after 3 seconds without any operation.

1. Back: Click the corresponding icon to return or exit the current program.

2. Home: Click the corresponding icon to enter the homepage of the system.

3. Task: Click the corresponding icon to enter the homepage of the system.

4. In the multitasking state, touch the task list area and slide up and down to view the task list.

5. Touch the task thumbnail and slide left or right until it slides out of the task list area and releases the thumbnail.

6. Annotation: Click the corresponding icon to open the annotation.

7. Signal source: Click the corresponding icon to call out the signal source channel list, and the user can choose to switch to the desired channel.
   

8. Notification: Click the corresponding icon to bring up the notification panel, which includes time display, common shortcuts, custom applications, brightness, volume, and notification messages.

The Software Description

Whiteboard writing

What is a whiteboard?
Whiteboard is a multi-functional writing application that assists users in efficient communication and connection, brings a relaxed and fun experience, and improves team efficiency. You can click on the “Whiteboard” application icon on the homepage, or click the “Whiteboard” button in the pen detection box to start the Application, after the meeting, you can scan the QR code to take away the content of the whiteboard.

Create content
Open whiteboard, click “write on whiteboard” to open the whiteboard.

Share content
Scan code to share
Scan the code and take it away: Click the “Share” button in the lower left toolbar, and the QR code sharing page will pop up. According to the text prompt, scan the QR code with your mobile phone to access the file link, and you can save the file.

File function
File open
Click the “File” button in the lower left toolbar to pop up the file operation page. According to the text prompt, you can open the folder of the large board to select the whiteboard file to be opened. The whiteboard file has the standard file format MHB.

File save
Click the “File” button in the lower left toolbar to pop up the file operation page. According to the text prompt, you can save the content of the whiteboard. The save path can be local storage on the large board or imported into a USB peripheral device. The save format can be MHB, PDF and JPG.

Whiteboard settings
Click the “Settings” button in the lower left toolbar to pop up the whiteboard setting operation page.

Writing settings: Click “writing settings” to turn on/off settings for pen tip writing, chart drawing, and two-color pen functions. Pen tip: On infrared touch models, the pen tip effect will appear when you turn it on. It is enabled by default, and the user selection is not changed after restart.
Chart drawing: Turn on the switch to realize automatic recognition of writing graphics. It is closed by default, and the default options are restored after restarting.

Two-color pen writing: In the case of the infrared touch screen, the two- color pen function is turned on, and the two-color pen can be used for writing by multiple people, and the color of the pen tip and finger can also be defined separately. It is enabled by default, and the user selection is not changed after restart.

Writing background: Click “writing background” to choose different writing backgrounds.

Scan code network: Click “Scan code network” to change the QR code sharing network conditions:
Public network mode: Both mobile phones and conference tablets need to be connected to the Internet to obtain the sharing link. Local area network mode: The mobile phone and conference tablet need to be connected to the same local area network to obtain the sharing link.

Annotation

What are comments?
The annotation function allows users to write content in the current screen and make information annotations.

How to start annotating
Function entry
Comments can be entered in the following scenarios:
Scenario 1: When the PPT is played locally or through the screen, the comment toolbar will appear.
At this time, click the comment button to enter the comment. Note: If some versions of PPT still have a page-turning button after entering the comment, you can realize the comment along the page at this time.
Scenario 3: In other cases, there is a comment button in the sidebar, click to enter the frozen screen comment.

Small blackboard

What is a small blackboard
The small blackboard is a floating writing board that can be called up in any interface for temporary writing.

How to use the small blackboard
Evoke the little blackboard
Pull up from the bottom of the conference tablet to evoke the small blackboard.
Note: Cannot be evoked in the case of frozen screen annotation and whiteboard full screen
Put away the small blackboard
There are two ways to put away the small blackboard:
Method 1: Click the “Collapse” button on the bottom toolbar to hide it.
Method 2: Press and hold with multiple fingers and shake it down quickly.

Wireless screen transmission

What is wireless screen transmission
Wireless screen transmission can project the screens of laptops, mobile phones and other devices to the conference board and show it to the audience, without the need to use wires to connect to the conference board.
How to use wireless screen transfer device to transfer screen.

1. Pairing the screen transmitter
   

2. Start the wireless screen transmitter
   
   The wireless screen transmitter is successfully paired with the conference board
   
   Note: For wireless screen transmitters that have been successfully paired, there is no need to pair them again, please skip this step 6. Connect the wireless screen transmitter to the notebook USB port (some computers with only Type-C interface need to use an adapter, or directly purchase a screen transmitter using Type-C port).
   

3. When using for the first time, Apple computer users should find the application icon in the figure below on the desktop, click to open, and use the program

4. For windows computer users, please open my computer, select the CD drive, and manually run “ScreenShare.exe”
   Note: You only need to manually run the program when you use it for the first time. You can skip this step for subsequent use

5. When the program is started, the computer will automatically connect to the paired smart conference tablet. The light of the wireless screen transmitter flashes to indicate that it is connecting, and the screen transmitter light is always on, indicating that the connection is successful and it is in a shareable state.

6. When the light of the screen is always on, press the screen button to share the screen

7. Press the button of the wireless screen transmitter again to disconnect the screen and be in a ready state for sharing.

8. Extended screen projection. Open the screen transfer application on the computer side (same as step 7), you can choose to open the extended screen in the options to transfer the screen, so that the conference tablet can be used as the extended screen of the computer to transfer the screen.

9. Turn on the touch screen. You can choose to turn on the touch screen in the options, and then you can realize the function of controlling the computer screen on the smart conference tablet.

How to use computer screen transfer assistant software to transfer screen.

1. Please download the computer screen transfer assistant at (https://www.meeting-vip.com/share/) in advance.

2. Find the wireless screen transfer and open the wireless screen transfer application.
   

3. After opening, you can see the wireless screen transfer guide and find the screen transfer code.
   

4. Open the screen transfer assistant, enter the screen transfer code on the smart conference board, and click “connect device” Select single-screen mirroring, when the other party is uploading the screen, the screen on the smart conference board will be preempted to upload the screen; if you choose to join the mirroring, the split-screen display will be performed when the other party is uploading the screen.

5. Screen transfer can be performed after selection.

1. Please download the screen transfer assistant at (https://www.meeting-vip.com/share/) in advance.

2. Open the screen transfer assistant on the conference board, you can see the wireless screen transfer guide.
   

3. Use the mobile screen transfer assistant to click the scan code button and scan the QR code on the wireless screen transfer guide to connect.

4. If the connection is successful, you can select the following functions to transfer the screen. Screen sharing: the screen of the mobile phone can be shared to the smart conference tablet for display;
   Picture display: You can share the pictures on your mobile phone to the smart conference tablet for display;
   Video playback: Share the video on the mobile phone to the smart conference tablet for playback;
   Audio playback: The audio on the mobile phone can be shared to the smart conference tablet for playback;
   Document scanning: You can use the mobile phone camera to scan documents and share them to the smart conference tablet for display;
   Conference tablet controller: you can use your mobile phone to control the smart conference tablet in real time.

Presentation

What is a presentation?
Manuscript presentation is used for local file management, and various files can be opened for content display through manuscript presentation (the conference machine needs to be preinstalled with a software client that can open the corresponding file type).

How to use the presentation?

1. Click on the “File Browser ” icon on the homepage to start the File Browser APP
   

2. When the conference machine is plugged into a USB storage device, the presentation interface will display the drive letter of the USB storage device. Click the corresponding drive letter to load the file in the corresponding storage.

3. For files in the conference machine’s local, USB storage devices, and personal folders, you can filter and display thefiles of the corresponding type by clicking the file type filter button on the interface.
   

4. Click the menu button on the file list interface to display the floating toolbar and perform operations such as opening, sharing, copying, and deleting files.
   

5. Click the “multiple selection” button to perform batch operations on files.
   

Efficiency tools

What is a gadget
Gadget is a quick tool App on the conference board. It provides convenient functions in various scenarios and assists in solving the requirements of file transfer, voting, screen recording, timing, screenshots, and photos in the conference.

How to start the gadget
Open gadget Click on the sidebar, the gadget is in the sidebar menu.

Quick upload widget

1. Click the “Quick upload” icon in the sidebar to open the quick upload widget.
2. After the mobile phone scans the code, you can choose to upload pictures, texts, and files on the mobile phon.
   

Click the minimize button in the title bar of the quick upload interface on the big board to minimize the quick upload interface.

Screen recording widget

1. Click the “Screen Recording” icon on the side panel to open the screen recording widget.
   

2. Click the screen recording button to start recording.
   

3. The screen recording adopts segmented recording, after the recording is merged, after clicking the end recording button, the system will merge the videos recorded in segments.

Touch lock widget

1. Click the “touch lock” icon on the side panel to open the touch lock widget

2. Click the touch lock to switch the touch disabled state, as shown in the figure below
   

3. Click the touch lock again to switch to unlock, touch and touch to disable, click the X sign in the upper right corner to exit the touch lock widget.
   

4. Eye protection gadget.

5. Click the “eye protection” icon on the side panel to open the eye protection tool.

6. The eye protection icon changes from “eyes closed” to “eyes”, the screen becomes warmer, enter the eye protection mode, click the “eye protection” icon on the side panel again to close the eye protection mode, and the image mode returns to the previous state.

Screen lock widget

1. Click the “screen lock” icon on the side panel to open the screen lock tool.
   

2. Enter the setting password interface
   After setting the password, you need to enter the correct password every time you wake up the smart conference board.

Wireless screen transfer supports the use of wireless screen transfer device and mobile phone screen transfer.
