Welcome, Gamer! You’ve embarked on a gaming adventure with the Heyup® Retro Gaming Boxe! Before you dive into nostalgia, let’s set things up correctly. And if you’re encountering any issues even after setup, our customer service team is just a message away!

  • Do not use or store this product in high temperatures or humid environments.
  • Leave the product as is —no unauthorized disassembly or reassembly, please.

Setting Up Your Retro Gaming Boxe:

  1. Power up! Connect the adapter to your Retro Gaming Boxe.
  2. Connect the HDMI cable to your TV or monitor.
  3. It’s go time! Press the power switch, and wait for the startup screen.
  4. Plug the gamepad signal receiver into the Retro Gaming Boxe’s USB port
  5. Press the MODE button on the gamepad to connect. A steady light means we’re good to go! The first connected gamepad glows red; the next one, green.
  6. Follow the on-screen directions to kickstart the game. Need the menu? Press and hold SELECT+START simultaneously during the game
