Welcome, Gamer! You’ve embarked on a gaming adventure with the Heyup® Retro Gaming Boxe! Before you dive into nostalgia, let’s set things up correctly. And if you’re encountering any issues even after setup, our customer service team is just a message away!

- Keep liquids and tiny metal objects away from your product!
- Treat your console kindly; no forceful hits, drops, or heavy pressure.
- Do not use or store this product in high temperatures or humid environments.
- Leave the product as is —no unauthorized disassembly or reassembly, please.

Setting Up Your Retro Gaming Boxe:
- Power up! Connect the adapter to your Retro Gaming Boxe.
- Connect the HDMI cable to your TV or monitor.
- It’s go time! Press the power switch, and wait for the startup screen.
- Plug the gamepad signal receiver into the Retro Gaming Boxe’s USB port
- Press the MODE button on the gamepad to connect. A steady light means we’re good to go! The first connected gamepad glows red; the next one, green.
- Follow the on-screen directions to kickstart the game. Need the menu? Press and hold SELECT+START simultaneously during the game
