Product Usage Instructions

1. Camera Installation

  1. Find a suitable location to surface mount install the
    camera.

  2. Ensure that the camera’s view is unobstructed and avoid
    drilling into any wires that might damage the vehicle.

  3. Make all necessary connections before mounting the camera.

  4. Verify that the camera is working properly and has a good view
    of the area.

  5. Mount the camera securely using the provided two screws.

2. Wiring Connections

Note: Power can also be obtained in the rear of the vehicle
using the BLUE power wire provided on the extension cable. If this
is done, connect the RED and the BLUE wire closest to the RCA
together. The blue wire is just a pass-through, RED must be
connected to power the camera.

  1. Connect the RED wire to the +12 volt reverse wire.

  2. Connect the BLACK wire to ground (a metal, non-painted
    surface).

  3. Run the video cable through the vehicle, taking care to avoid
    placing it where it can get pinched or damaged.

  4. Attach the YELLOW video RCA to the camera’s output and to the
    reverse camera input of the radio or video display.

3. Loop Cutting Instructions

  • Green loop will turn the parking guidelines off.
  • White loop will flip the image (top to bottom).
  • Blue loop will mirror the image (flip left to right).

1. Find a suitable location to surface mount install the camera. Make sure the camera’s view is unobstructed and be careful not to drill into any wires that might damage the vehicle. When all connections have been made and before mounting the camera, verify the camera is working and has good view of the area. Then mount the camera down with the supplied two screws.
2. Connect the RED wire to the +12 volt reverse wire
Note: Power can also be obtained in the rear of the vehicle using the BLUE power wire provided on the extension cable. If this is done, connect the RED and the BLUE wire closest to the RCA together. The blue wire is just a pass- through, RED must be connected to power the camera.
