Product Usage Instructions
- Functional Operation
- Operating Instructions:
- Fill the water tank with the appropriate amount of purified water.
- Lie down the steam mop, press and hold the release button of the water tank with one hand, and remove the water tank with the other hand, as shown in Figure 1.
- Remove the sealing plug of the water tank. Fill in the appropriate amount of purified water (do not use tap water), as shown in Figure 2.
- Put the sealing plug back to the water tank, as shown in Figure 3.
- Put the water tank back to the main body, as shown in Figure 4.
- Use in mop state
- Attention!
- Check and make sure that the water tank has been filled with the appropriate amount of purified water. The mopping nozzle, mop cloth, and handle are all installed in place.
- Before connecting the plug to the socket, make sure that the voltage is consistent with the rated voltage marked on the rating label.
- When the machine is started or working, do not aim the air outlet at people or animals, otherwise, it may cause injury.
- Install handle: Connect the end with the latch on the handle to the end with the button on the main body. When you hear a click sound, it is installed in place, as shown in Figure 5.
- Install mopping nozzle:
- Note: When the machine is applied to a hard floor or carpet, please install the mopping nozzle and mop cloth first.
- Installing mop cloth: Attach the mop cloth to the bottom of the mop, as shown in Figure 6. Align the notch of the mopping nozzle with the button in the front of the main body. When you hear a click sound, it is installed in place, as shown in Figure 7.
- Modes and operation in mop state:
- Preheating Mode: Check according to the precautions and make sure everything is under normal conditions. Insert the plug into the socket, and the red light on the handle will flash, indicating that the machine has entered preheating mode;
- Standby Mode: About 15 seconds after entering preheating mode, the red light will turn on, indicating that the machine has switched to standby mode;
- High-flow Steam Mode: When the machine is in standby mode, press the ON/OFF button, and the blue light on the right will turn on, indicating that the machine has switched to high-flow steam mode;
- Low-flow Steam Mode: When the machine is in high-flow mode, press the ON/OFF button, the blue light on the right will turn off, and the blue light in the middle will turn on, indicating that the machine switches to low-flow steam mode; When the machine is in low-flow steam mode, press the ON/OFF button again, all the blue lights will turn off, and the machine will return to standby mode. Please see Figure 8 for the position of the ON/OFF button.

FAQs
- Q: Can I use tap water instead of purified water?
- A: No, it is recommended to use purified water to avoid any potential damage to the machine.
- Q: Can I aim the air outlet at people or animals?
- A: No, it is not recommended to aim the air outlet at people or animals as it may cause injury.
Safety Instructions
- Do not put the steam mop close to the heat source, radiation source, or burning cigarette.
- Keep the appliance away from the reach of children when it is operating or cooling down.
- The appliance shall not be left unattended while it is connected to the power source.
- The filling aperture of the water box shall not be opened during use. Instruction for safe filling of water to the water box shall be given (esp. for pressurized appliances).
- Stop using the appliance immediately if parts are dropping as well as if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.
- Only authorized technicians can disassemble the product. The disassembly of products by the user himself is strictly forbidden.
- This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, and mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge as long as they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be carried out by children without supervision. This product is a household product. Do not use it outdoors.
- A steam mop is an electrical appliance, it must be used under normal conditions. Never let the steam mop operate alone without supervision.
- Do not touch the power cord or socket when your hands are wet.
- The plug must be removed from the socket outlet before cleaning or maintaining.
- Never immerse the steam mop in water and avoid getting close to heating appliances or exposing it to the sun to avoid fire hazards. Never pull the power cord when cutting off the power. Hold the plastic part of the plug by hand to unplug it.
- Do not let sharp objects pass through the steam mop power cord to avoid damage.
- Never drag the power cord to move the steam mop.
- Check and ensure that the power supply is consistent with that of the steam mop.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or qualified technicians to avoid a hazard.
- Represent that there will be steam sprayed.
- Caution! Hot. Represent that there will be danger of scalding.

Functional Operation
Safety instructions and precautions!
- represent that there will be steam sprayed.
- Caution! Hot.
- Do not dismantle the machine unless it is done by professionals. Do not dismantle the machine while it is in use, otherwise it may cause injury.
- Check the power cord and mopping nozzle regularly. Stop using it immediately if it is damaged.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by professionals from the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or similar parties to avoid danger.
- Please check and make sure that the water tank is filled with the appropriate amount of purified water before plugging it in.
- The maximum capacity of the water tank is 0.42L. Make sure you only add water to the tank as chemicals or cleaning solutions may cause damage to the machine.
- When it is idling, please make sure that the plug is disconnected and the temperature of the boiler has dropped to room temperature, otherwise, it may cause injury.
- Prevent the liquid in the machine or the steam ejected from the machine from spilling into the operating equipment (including components), otherwise, it will cause damage.
- When the machine is started or working, do not aim the air outlet at people or animals, otherwise, it may cause injury.
- There may be some water in the water tank even for a new steam mop. This is because we carried out testing on all our steam mops.
Operating Instructions
- Fill the water tank with the appropriate amount of purified water.

- b. Install straight nozzle: Align the latch on the straight nozzle with the sliding notch on the connecting point of the hose and push in. Then rotate the straight nozzle until the latch enters the notch, which indicates it is installed in place, as shown in Figure 10.
- Adapter Mode: Install a handheld adapter a.Align the notch of the adapter with the button in the front of the main body.
- When you hear a “click” sound, it is installed in place. Note: If you don’t hear a “click” sound, please rotate the adaptor connecting point until you hear it, as shown in Figure 11.
- Attention! The machine can only be used with an accessory when the hose mode or adapter mode is properly operated.
- Install accessories (hanging ironing head, brush head, small scraper, scouring head, etc.):
- Align the sliding notch on the accessory with the latch on the straight nozzle and push in. Then rotate the accessory until the latch enters the notch, which indicates it is installed in place, as shown in Figure 12, and Figure 13.

- Preheating Mode: Check according to the precautions and make sure everything is under normal conditions. Insert the plug into the socket, and the red light on the handle will flash, indicating that the machine has entered preheating mode;

- Low-flow Steam Mode: When the machine is in high-flow mode, press the ON/OFF button, the blue light on the right will turn off, and the blue light in the middle will turn on, indicating that the machine switches to low-flow steam mode; When the machine is in low-flow steam mode, press the ON/OFF button again, all the blue lights will turn off, and the machine will return to standby mode. Please see Figure 11 for the position of the ON/OFF button.
- Note: When the machine is used in a handheld state, the steam button must be locked, otherwise no steam will be ejected.
Service and Maintenance
Note:
- To prolong the life span of the product, please be sure to use purified water and check regularly whether there is enough purified water in the water tank.
- For the procedure of refilling purified water, please see the section (Functional Operation 1);
- Before cleaning or maintaining the machine, be sure to pull the plug out from the socket. Do not immerse the machine in water for cleaning;
- When the machine is not in use, please remove the plug in time and keep the power off.
