- PDF files created with press optimized settings are preferred. Fonts must be embedded/converted to outline. High resolution .PSD or .JPG files are also acceptable. All submitted ad files must be at least 300 dpi at actual size. The NAVTA Journal is not responsible for pixellation or other issues resulting from the submission of low-resolution ads.
- For Inside Cover/Full Page ads with bleed, please export PDF with bleed included and no crop marks -or- crop marks offset by .125″. If incorrectly formatted crop marks are included, they may show in the finished Journal.

- All rates shown are NET to NAVTA. Any agency commissions are the sole responsibility of the advertising agency
- Advertisers and advertising agencies are bound by all conditions outlined in the current rate card.
- Cancellations received after the insertion order due date will be billed at 75% of the stated rate.
- Billing follows publication. Payment due 30 days from invoice date.
- The publisher shall not be liable for failure to insert an advertisement for any cause.
- This contract constitutes acknowledgment of order. NAVTA reserves the right to unilaterally reject, omit, or cancel advertising that it feels is not in keeping with its policies.
- Verbal agreements do not constitute a contractual agreement.

CE Webinar Sponsorships
Continuing Education is vital for NAVTA members.
Through your sponsorship of our monthly webinars, NAVTA is able to offer these sessions for FREE to more than 9,000 national members. These webinars give your company a chance to virtually get in front of a LIVE audience thirsty for knowledge on all aspects of veterinary medicine. Webinars can be medical or “non-medical” in nature. Our typical webinar draws 150+ registrants, with about 60% attending the live session.

PRICING : $3,000 per webinar
RESERVATIONS
All webinar topics and speakers must be approved by the NAVTA Continuing
Education Committee. Please submit the following information along with your
completed reservation form:
- Session Title
- Session Description
- Learning Objectives
- Speaker Name, Title, Credentials (or resume/CV)
If the topic and speaker are approved, NAVTA will contact you to determine the date and time of the webinar. NAVTA will host the webinar on its Zoom platform and promote the session to its membership using information provided by you. NAVTA will process all registrations and handle all CE certificate details. In order to provide ample time for the approval process and promotions, it is recommended that completed reservation forms and all of the above required information be submitted to NAVTA at least three months in advance of the desired webinar date.
PAYMENTS
Full payment for sponsorship is due upon confirmation from NAVTA to you of the
acceptance of your speaker and topic. Webinars may not be cancelled once
payment is received. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, webinars will
be re-scheduled for a later date.

- NAVTA Online Media Advertising is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Metrics/analytics and proof of publication will be supplied upon request.
- Advertiser must supply proposed/draft artwork and copy for all advertisements at least 30 business days in advance of posting date. If an ad does not meet guidelines and is sent back to the advertiser for revision, NAVTA must receive the revised artwork within 5 business days.
- NAVTA will review ad content to ensure it meets NAVTA messaging guidelines. NAVTA reserves the right to reject any ad on any basis; all decisions by NAVTA are final.
CANCELLATIONS
Ads may be cancelled up to 30 business days in advance with no penalty; ads
cancelled within 30-15 days of scheduled ad posting will be charged 50% of the
agreed upon fee for that ad. Ads cancelled within 15 days of scheduled posting
will be charged 100% of the agreed upon fee for that ad.

RESERVATIONS & AD MATERIALS
- NAVTA will post only one advertisement up to four days each week on each of NAVTA’s social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram). Advertisements will be posted at or as close as possible to 10 am Eastern Time every day. Space is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Advertiser must supply proposed/draft artwork and copy for all advertisements at least 30 business days in advance of posting date. If an ad does not meet guidelines and is sent back to the advertiser for revision, NAVTA must receive the revised artwork within 5 business days. Advertiser must supply finished/final artwork and copy for all advertisements at least 10 business days in advance of posting date.
- Multiple posts regarding the same subject matter must be scheduled a minimum of 7 days apart on a single social platform. NAVTA reserves the right to reject any ad on any basis; all decisions by NAVTA are final.
PAYMENTS
NAVTA accepts credit, debit, or electronic funds transfer payments only for
social media advertisements. Payment information must be provided with your
space reservation; advertisements will not run without providing this
information to NAVTA. Full payment for ads will be processed 10-15 days before
