SERVICE INSTRUCTION
Front Chainwheel with BIOPACE Chainring
BIOPACE CHAINRING REPLACEMENT
- Position the gears so that the teeth number indications face outward and are aligned at the top of the crank.
Note:
- Spacers for the middle gear are not needed when replacing to Shimano 600 Biopace chainring (CR-BP10).
- Different spacers (part no. 1447000/ 5pcs.) are required when replacing inner chainring to Shimano 600 Biopace chainring (CR-BP10). Note that the thickness of the Shimano 600 spacer for inner gear is 4mm; the thickness of the FC-B124 is 5mm.

NOTE
- Bolt circle diameter: 110mm (For Large Gear & Middle Gear) 74mm (For Small Gear)
- Use the following bottom bracket spindle.

Notes for installation of the front derailieur
- Use a front derailleur with a capacity of four teeth more than the ditference between the number of teeth on the large gear and small gear of the front chainwheel.
- Adjust the installation position of the front derailleur so that the clearance between the outer plate of the chainguide and the large gear is 2 to S mm while the crank is in a direct line with the seat tube.
